Wow, you had to blur out the name of the truck company to protect the pride/ego of the person who doesn't understand the difference between gas and diesel. You then had to blur the tow truck company to protect the pride/ego of a tow truck company that can't tell when they have obviously hit their tow limit. Days of time and 10s of thousands of dollars over stupidity.
He is not a very experienced operator.
If he would have had frame forks, it would have been easier from the rear. That way he wouldn't have to take the drive shaft off. But the more he does the more he makes. I drove tow truck for many years in a earlier life.

This 1st tow truck driver is a moron. Not even close to safe to drive even if he could lift it. It's a simple math problem, not a trial and error problem. What is the truck rated for and how much does the tow weigh? Dear gawd.
I used to dispatch towtrucks for a living. Either 1. The owner didn't tell the dispatcher that the vehicle had a full cargo load or 2. The dispatcher was just trying to get the call out as quickly as possible and didn't do their due diligence. Dispatchers are instructed by the company they work for to use an automated dispatch system as much as possible, but it fails to convey critical info to the tow companies when you have special cases like this.
We have a F650 rollback at the dealership right now that needs the contamination kit. The owner argues that he has the 250k mi warranty. The contamination kit is not covered under any powertrain warranty or otherwise.
It's crazy to me how hard is what to tow a small commercial vehicle with a truck built to tow passenger cars, but once a tow truck built to tow commercial vehicles showed up, towing away that commercial vehicle was very fast and easy. If only there was a way to have predicted that…

After watching this video it just confirms everything I thought all along that 95% of tow truck drivers have an IQ of 60 and below that’s why they like to perform repossessions and charge people so much money just to steal from them the legal way. So what I did to ever prevent talking to a tow truck driver is I bought my own tow hitch to bring my own trucks to repair my own vehicles that way I don’t have to deal with those low minded individuals that all they care about is money. I just think the Lord Jesus Christ forgive me the ability to do what I’m doing to save thousands of dollars from tow truck drivers because all they care is about money and all they do with that money is buy drugs prostitution and spend it on some disgusting Avenue but I will say this there is at 5% that I’m more than happy to deal with because they are true hard-working tow truck drivers. These two truck drivers that I’m talking about are the ones I can actually read and write and think before they make a stupid decision God bless that 5% of tow truck drivers I have all respect for you.✝️✝️✝️

This tow operator is an accident looking for a place to happen. Police will have him pulled over and have a field day with him. Need to know and understand the limitations of your equipment. They should have sent out a medium duty wrecker.

Reminds me of when my ‘18 F550 service truck crapped out, only company that would even attempt it was a company specializing in towing 18 wheelers. It turned out the gas station I went to last had gasoline mixed in the diesel tank, saved my company from a $12k bill from Ford.

In other news a tow truck operator faces charges of having his tow truck overloaded after he lost the truck he was towing on the rollback wrecker. The towed truck was destroyed when it fell off the back of the wrecker and rolled downhill hitting 60 parked cars before coming to rest in a school playground.
All that weight on the lip of the tow truck is ASKING FOR IT… that bit of the metal is not reinforced like the rest…
