Oh it has been such a long time I figured I better post a brake video before you folks start a riot haha. Lucky for you Josh took the day off and I was in charge of brakes and tires for the day. -Enjoy!

I do love your interaction with Mrs. O and your kids. Do you have 3 or 2 with a friend over? You all definitely mesh together very well. Even though this comment is from a 2 year old video I hope it’s read and know how much people value a tradesman(mechanic) that is spot on and rock solid!! Wondering, is it time soon for a new Jeep hat or would that take all the magic out of that one?? Driver for a long time, I do value me a good comfy cap🥰😎and I’m bald so even better for sunburn. Love your content and you’ll stay safe, sending love🤘🤘David( AKA, Chuckwagon) does anyone still use CB’s?? 🥺🥺😢
iron skittlet give good taste…
No comment. Everything looked cool to me. 😁
Not sure if Amazon told YouTube that I just ordered rotors and pads but the timing of this suggested video is either perfect or fuel for conspiracy theories
It's SO SWEET that Ms.O let's you know when you have fans visiting. And it's even cooler that you drop what you're doing and come say hi to your fans. Thanks for coming out to say hi to me that one time Eric!
Why the hell …would a utuber …stop by with donuts…..in a workin mans business to bond…..it’s his job….no time to stop for tea and crumpets….you want to keep the videos coming throw him a 100 bill in the mail…and tell him your story..this is a business…not the ymca..and. What’s worst the part that really pisses me off…..it’s not krispy kream.. donuts.
Who out there uses silicone sealant between the pads and caliper?
great, great, great, great, great.I,d bring my car to your garage but I live in florida.
Good one, Have to do mine when the rain stops, hopefully soon. Hope that Honda brake clean work on my old 2001 Silverado.
Ok so no I notice no grease is applied to the slide surface that the pads slide in but you coat up the areas the glides sit in etc. I was taught to grease the area where the pads are as well. is that a bad idea? Thanks much…
"Hey there viewers and welcome to South Main Auto"!
I worked at a dealership for eight years, and I never, NEVER saw anyone clean the caliper adapter bracket contact surfaces. I think we had one guy who regularly used the 3M cookies to clean up hubs and such. Didn't know there was anyone left in the repair business who cared about the quality of their work. Guess that's why I keep watching.
ABS light went off on startup as it should at 3 seconds according to manual .
I have a question concerning my 2006 Silverado 1500 5.3 L , 4×4 extended cab. I installed a GM brake line kit, plus the 2 over the rear axle. Bleed according to directions, right rear, left rear, right front, and driver front. Fixed 3 leaks. Drove around a few blocks but still have a spongy pedal.
What should I do?
do you leave the cap off the brake fluid when you push back the calipers? when doing a brake job.
Rotors are certified safe, right to the scene of the crash.
Slow-mo was epic 😂🤣😂🤣🤘
My wife and I think Mrs. O should do a cooking channel. She makes some pretty good looking lunches.
Brake job, No… You killing me. LOL. Add some threating sound effects to the video at least or something, anything. I have to watch, This is torture. LOL
the rust Loctite should work from china or NY
Paulas donuts are the best in NY
You ain't had a donut till you've had a hot glazed Shipleys!!!
Mrs.O is soo in love with you….
😂 this video is gold
Some classic leg foot action, too!
Spinach artichoke mac and cheese – not a sponsor – teehee
Mrs. "O" made a cameo appearance !!!!!!! 🙂
I love listening to Americans complain about the cost of shit! They’d have a jammer buying 95% of products in Canada! That bottle of locktite is between 18-25 bucks here depending on your account
Hey Eric, Merry Christmas! I have a question about this body style Chevy. No matter how clean I get the caliper bracket ears and put in new hardware, the pads fit too snug to move freely. Am I doing something wrong? Almost seems like the pads are too long.
Buys brake clean by the case!!!
The brake clean slow-mo took me back to playing Max Payne.
nice cast iron skillet.. the only way to fry ……
Getting you brake clean one in slow mo too cool man
that purple grease is awesome everyone should use it thanks for the tip
Spaghetti western , slow mo assume !
Man addicted to brake fluid says he can't STOP!!
Every one of your brake jobs has got to kill three harp seals…..lol
Enjoy your lunch
beautiful family
I notice on your brake videos that sometimes you install pads dry in the caliper, or other times you lube up the ears with brake paste. Sometimes, just under the pad clips hardware. I trust your knowledge and experience, so should pad ears be lubed or not, or under the clips?
doing my job, eating mcdonalds large frys and 2 double quarter
i think the fame is getting you eric o lol
Do the Silverado have a plastic oil ban like the Ford f150s do? Awesome video thanks for sharing.
