In this video I have a look at a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country that came in with a misfire on cylinders number three and six. It also has a code P02308. It does not take long to chase it down and find a failed ECM. -Enjoy!

Ive got the same vehicle 2011 town & country and it shuts down on its own and won’t even try to start someone keeps telling me its the computer but I’m not so sure

I would say that the PCM has two bad output mosfet transies (not tranny’s you pervs). Those are usually screwed with their backs into an aluminum heat sink.

Code P1495 on 97 grand voyager 3.3. Replaced LDP with no success. Pretty sure a wire issue but not confident enough on how to trace it back to the PCM or the ECM. That probe light you use seems like a useful tool in this case. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Greg

What is the most likely reason why you would not have any power to the EGR valve?
I got a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan just like that I think 3.8 got a po404 bad EGR circuit or something I put a new EGR valve in myself took it to the shop and they told me EGR valve is not getting any power they don't know why so I said good day now what do I do? The van runs beautiful just E check light is on I think it will pass if I can get power to the EGR valve

Eric had a question about your Chrysler town and country with the p2308. I have exact same issue on an 09 wrangler. My question is after you replaced the pcm and before programming did it run normally or did it still have no control for #3 coil. In other words does it need a reprogram to control that 1/3 of the coil? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. Watch you all the time, even your day in the shop videos, lol. excuse me sir got 2000 buick lasabra and code P0171 and got car diagnostic 3times I change everything twice under that code some times come on after couple days it turn it self off or if I reset the car obd reader sometimes let me drive the over 300 miles then the service engine light come back on this time it let me drive 460 miles service came back on do think it's powertrain control module

I think I have a bad PCM. I drive a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country. She keeps acting like she can't breath, she shakes most of the time, and several electrical items have either stopped working or seem like they are barely working. (Same tail light bulb keeps blowing, one window goes hella slow some times, small bulbs in car blow.) No mechanic will give it to me straight unless I let them put me in a position to charge me out the ass for labor just to tell me what I already suspect.
Someone please help. 3 mechanics later and nobody can fix it. I have a 2011 chrysler town and country. Crank/no start. We have bypassed the TIPM, New battery, new throttle body. Biggest issue is when it is cold. Once you finally get it started it drives like a dream. My husband is ready to throw in the towel but it is hard to walk away when it drives so good when it starts. The red lightning bolt does come on when I try to start it but when it finally starts it goes away. Anyone know something we don't know. I know this is a huge chrysler issue.

My town and country 3.8 2006 have a coil problem have change it up to 3 times but each time the line 2 and 5 always get burn what could be the problem pls.
Probably a pretty cheap fix inside the brain box. Although it probably will fail again if it failed once XD

@southmainautorepairllc. 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7L Replaced ECM (used/reman+preprogrammed unit) and replaced SKREEM (used unit), runs and drives but alarm is constantly armed and when doors open alarm goes off, Vehicle will not unlock using door switches (will only LOCK) , when fob buttons are pressed lights flash but does not actually perform function (ie unlock/lock etc..) and SRS light on. Any recommendations on what direction to go next?? Been driving everyone crazy for a month
