Wow – they changed all 4 coils. Good on them.
I swapped out 1 coil on my Toyota Corolla only for another to fail a few months later. Then I just changed all of them. that was at 175k miles- so I got my money’s worth.
i'm kinda surprised there was 1 bad coil and they wanted to change them all
When engine is misfiring you can just clip on DC timing light on ANY plug wire to find which cyl is misfiring by looking at the blinks of the timing light. If it has plug wires!

What in a gods name torque wrench was that? You tightened them to about 25 to 35Nm, with that giant wrench?
When I change all of my coils I save the good ones for spares.
No antisieze on the plugs?

I always like to put antiseeze on the plug threads and dielectric grease on the rubber boots. But I’m probably wrong.
you missed FOUR "CLICKS" when you torqued the plugs..
This was a advise the customer in a good way. You can pay me know or pay me later. They did the right thing. And…..you did too!

You babble on and on and on as if you know everything. You don't. Vids are great though.
I know alot of guys who would change just the faulty coil, but I always recommend replacing them all. Its just a matter of time before the other coils start faulting.

I can't understand why people think sparkplugs come ready gapped they are for several different engine and they do come gapped but it might not be the correct gap for the engine you are working on it pays to check
That's a precision Tune oil change for you half of the guys that work there don't know what they are doing and the other half don't care that yellow marking paint gives it away I worked at one for a little while and it was a hack shop and they stripped oil plugs every day I got the hell out of there the manager lied with every breathe he took STAY AWAY FROM PRECISION TUNE

Why replace all coil packs? Those others could be good for many many more miles… a coil pack doesn't really have a certain lifespan. I had to replace one coil pack on my Honda years ago, at around 100k miles… it's at 250k at the moment and never had to replace another one. And the one I had to replace was obviously a bit mangled by a mechanic that worked on the car before I bought it.
If the plugs look this bad ..I'm sure other basics have not been done. Air filter, pcv, trans drain and fill, antifreeze change, etc.,..
I only recommend what the customer needs…. just saying.

Who remembers when a coil was one piece and had a coil wire. And lasted 15 years!!!!
