Champions only belong in a chrysler.

  7. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Troy Childress says:

ohhhh…. you take all plug wires off at once… you never get firing order right .. oh yeah.. coil pack vs. distributor. my younger brother and his buddy decided to tune up his car.. pulled all wires off distributor and plugs. i bailed em out. lol

  8. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Michael Lawrence says:

    I love those Lincolns❤️

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Brad Griffin says:

Those 4.6 2v motors are so reliable and such a good engine. Loves those things.

  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars B A says:

Boy you got lucky with those spark plugs. Not one broke.🤗

Hope you put the nut left by the passenger wiper back on.

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Old fart says:

This is before you developed your video persona. Nice evolution!!

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars John says:

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Tom Wyatt says:

Ray, I had the same thing happen to me here in Texas at the jiffy lube. Lucky I know a little about cars. Checked all areas and found it not connected. People really need to recheck their work.

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Rolando Perez says:

    No anti seize!

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars transformer889 says:

There was a time that if the car broke down the guys first looked under the hood for the obvious problems, but now we depend so much on technology is that the first thing is to pull out the scanner

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars airplane george says:

what about the rust on that one plug?

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Dennis Boyer says:

Always good. Thanks Mr. Rainman. Debo

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Hola! Adrian Revill says:

Probably showing my age, but why don't people set the gap on plugs anymore?

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars R Batsch says:

Love your videos but am I missing something….what did this have to do with a lube shop as per the title? What did I miss? Click bait???

  20. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Dom Fer says:

Not worth repairs. This a panther frame. Not only plastic intake manifold, has water leak in front of windshield passenger side intake vent. If a person is mechanically include then they can save 1000’s in repairs, it might be worth repair. Hope the rear air shocks do not brake.

  21. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Brent Gardner says:

Love your videos. Why don't you use antisieze on the plugs? Or do you and just not show it?

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Richard Gordon says:

    Patience is a virtue 😀

  23. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Av8tore71 says:

It's just a Corona stain, they all do it as spark plug attract oil & dirt from the Static Electricity from firing

  24. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars T. D. Mich. says:

I overheard 2 lube store employees talking one time about how they would purposely sabotage customers cars. Anywhere from purposely stripping the oil pan plug threads, to breaking suspension parts or tearing CVJ boots.

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars xshanghu says:

So many cars, so much to know!

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Shoestring Shed says:

Love how people knock Champion spark plugs, yet rave about AC Delco. It's the same company. The AC actually stands for " Albert Champion"

  27. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Terry Sansom says:

I notice you didn't put any anti-seize on the plugs or any delectrice grease in the boot?

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars J.O.A.T says:

Love the sound of the air tools when I watch your videos. When I am listening with my headphones the stereo sound makes it seem I am in my shop.

  29. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Glenn Noll says:

U got seven black ones ND one white one

  30. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars blxtothis says:

    Another top notch Rainman vid!

  31. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jason Carter says:

If the coil boot gets stuck in the tube use your blow gun tip inside the boot itself and it will pop it off without risking damage

  32. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Colborn Farms says:

I don’t know why but I love your channel
I’m pretty impressed by your patience
For me it’s @#&$ &####. &&$@@@# this m#$&*@#$&*& thing when I drop a washer that I’ll never need again anyways lol

  33. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Joe Wagner says:

Wish I had a mechanic like you to work on my vehicle. Very throughroll

  34. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Brian Vaughn says:

Did anyone notice the nut left sitting there after he put the engine cover on? Too many comments to find out if anyone else noticed it. Just recently found your videos and have been watching ever since, love them.

  35. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Wazza Zone says:

As always Ray thank you for sharing your videos.

  36. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars badger jamees says:

Did you torque the spark plugs off camera?

  37. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars daniel b says:

Every time I see you put in new spark plugs I keep thinking of vicegrip garage. "Gapped!" Hope other people get this reference. If you don't he repairs older cars and trucks. Definitely a must watch channel.

  38. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Aaron Hilke says:

8 short months since this was posted . The dramatic increase in Rays video skills and comfort talking to the camera between then and now is amazing, I didn’t think it was him at first. Well done Ray

  39. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Joseph Mac says:

Where in the hell is the general public going to find a fine mechanic like this?

  40. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ronald Bradley says:

Why didn't you change the plug boots too? They are easily prone to fail.

  41. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars W B says:

Careful pulling plugs on the 4.6, threads are too long and carbon buildup can wreck the threads.

  42. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Draxindustries1 says:

Ray, could I just ask a question, only curious. Why do you start a car and change gear with your left hand?

  43. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Mike Kno says:

i won't even put Champion plugs in my lawnmower.

  44. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Alexander Copeland says:

Did Hercules put them junk Champions plugs in, not surprised that the back right had water on it. It was a common problem on those fords around that area. Crown vic, F 150, etc… Bad seals for the hood.

  45. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Hola! John Peterson says:

The "carbon" you intend to clean from the throttle body is a special lubricant intended to keep the throttle plate from sticking to the throttle body.
I always use anti seize compound on spark plug threads, especially when I know I will change these plugs in future.

  46. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Dan's Learning Curve says:

Checking out one of your older videos. Your presentation has improved! Great job!

  50. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Joseph Lombardi says:
