I know this is an old video, I'm new to the channel. But I'm not new to wrenching. Just thought I'd add that I've done some journal polishing before. I used a shoe string wrapped around the emery cloth (cut to length and lubed with solvent) to polish the entire journal evenly. No need to turn the crank to polish it all.
That said, I would like to add that I really enjoy your videos and watch several every day. Keep it up, and don't forget for YOU to have a great day.

Use some liquid wrench penetrating oil on rusted bolts and nuts.
If you have anything to do with it, I am sure that this little engine will live another day. To get the small
debris out of the oil pickup strainer, clean and dry it with MEK or similar. Then they fall out rather than get stuck in oil.
