OK so this is way out of my norm and for those of you who "like us" on Facebook have already seen this but for those of you who do not I will explain. On Facebook I usually will post little cell phone snippet videos of what is happening through out the day and today I am changing an engine in an '02 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Lets just say it was an easy one to diagnose. Massive hole through the block as some of you have seen and when I pulled the drain plug this is what happened. I know it is short and shaky vid but to good to pass up! Enjoy!

I've got 4 x 4 Litre jugs of Motul 300V fully synthetic 10W40 motorcycle engine oil.
$70+ $USD per 4L jug. sodding expensive MOTOR OIL.

For people who don't know about that stuff, Never use that crap. Just get your radiator fixed properly and save the headache.
I hope that the radiator fluid was the correct viscosity for that engine…

If there is a huge hole in the block it's weird that the coolant that ended up in the oil pan is so clean. Oil and water don't mix, the oil will float to the top obviously, but still, the coolant looks completely clean.
