I was taught to run the nuts on until they touch, maybe just lightly snug, and go around and to all the nuts like that in the pattern you used. Then go back and do the final tightening. That makes it less likely to distort the wheel and makes sure the wheel is seated properly. I am surprised you don't do it that way.
Yes, tho a steel wheel, ( looks like just a trailer ) HOWEVER appears over torqued, even in slow mo, via a battery operated 1/2 in drive deep socket. Probably still should a used, a shallow 19 mill with a torque stick !!! However still my click=view for you, because I've never seen it before… SOooo lol 👍😲🤣🤷♂️
