Not even kidding. I Mean look at that. There's spray paint everywhere. All of this has been spray painted.
All the suspension has been spray painted. all the rust has been spray painted.
If you're not car-savvy, you absolutely MUST get a pre-sale inspection from a garage you know and trust, when dealing with small used car businesses. These used car dealers buy the crap at auctions that nobody else wants and they get them for practically nothing often times and they do all sorts of shady shit like this to make 5 to 10x their money.
are you sure its not Rust converter? A paint that converts old rust on metal. It actually petrifies the rust. Outstanding product and $$$. Worth every penny!

I guess it depends on what you paid for the car. There's nothing wrong with spray painting an under carriage. I mean you obviously don't expect it to not ever rust but it certainly is an upgrade and has some ability to slow the process….
Every time there is a major flood somewhere it takes about six months for the "totalled" vehicles to begin appearing on the markets.

My boss was looking to buy a Lincoln, and we noticed some body color over-spray. The "carfax" said no accidents… The thing about carfax is: if the damage was paid for in cash, and not through insurance, it doesn't get reported to carfax. She got $1500 off the price of the car due to the over-spray that indicated it was smacked up at some point in time. That used car dealer hated us after that. He was right across the street from a Mobil we used for getting gas and coffee in the morning, and if he was in there he would say "B*tch just loud enough for my boss to hear.

If there is a way to return it, no doubt it will be sold to several other people. These cars at BHPH places are recycled so many times through repossessions or surrenders, this car will probably be sold several more times before it is totaled.

I've bought a couple. Well with my financial situation no choice. Mismatched bald tires they have almost 200 thousand miles on them. Scratches dinged up and they want way more than what the cars worth even with the high interest rate. Pay every week or two weeks. And usually if there's an issue shortly after signing the papers. You sign a nothing promised nothing owed. So basically if a part fails that's on you but keep paying us money for your dead car. It's just not right. I'm trying to save a little money back and find one from an individual.

Worked in building where jd birippoffer was putting wrecked cars together with actuall duct tape and wood screws I worked for an electrician hired to put in lights after two years of working with pole and dropped lights the company allowed the workers to see these places are not good and help no one

How are they a legal thing in the U.S.? Cannot get a car registration transferred here, and therefore sold, in Aus without a current roadworthy certificate. And vehicles must be fit for purpose or the dealer must take it back. These vehicles would never get a roadworthy certificate.
