On those type of filter placement, poke a hole in the filter to let it drain first. Less mess

2001/2002 my dad had to close his paint/body and mechanic shop in jacksonville bc of 9/11. It was called sharkys. I was in first grade. I still remember watching the terrible news about 9/11 at school that day. He worked at various paint and body shops afterwards but I noticed it wasnt the same kind of "work" when he was having to work for other employers. Some shops split hours up evenly. So if my dad made 60 hours that week and the old fart who shouldnt be doing that line of work anymore made only 20 hours, my dad loses 15-20 hours of that income and time and the old guys hours get rounded over just like the rest of the guys at that shop. He didnt last there long pretty sure it was mike Davidson ford… anyways I hope the best for you and yours and that things pick back up.

If you puncture the top of the filter it drains down.
Actually that door panel clip would have worked-if the guy who put it in would have put it through BOTH panels😩

Ray, just wanted to let you know that due to you and Eric O at South Main Auto, I have had to increase my DIY auto repair budget because of the amount of Brake Clean I am now using on almost everything.
Well not taking care of the boots now is just going to lead to a bigger bill down the road.
The first van has the required elderly identifier with that front Florida license plate that tells everyone they are from Florida while being in Florida.
The Toyota appears it hasn't been getting its tires rotated when they should be. That oil filter location is just plain silly.

Ask the Grand Caravan owners if they know where the spare tire is located? And if they know how to get it down? Most of them don't.

My John Deere D130 mower oil filter was like that. I almost obliterated it with that tool. Much oil spillage underneath. No way to prevent the spillage.

Your video brought back memories of working the parts counter of a local dealership. Tech was doing an oil service on a New Beetle. While dropping the splash shield a burlap bag dropped to the floor along with 4 baby possums. He screamed like a school girl which naturally got the attention of everyone else in the shop. It took everyone about 10 minutes to chase them all out the back door. Definitely one of our more memorable finds.
I know your not the only unwell person in the world, but you ARE the only one making my car fixing videos. Be careful out there buddy. Also what about explaining why you say 'safety' when putting a car in the air on the rack. Cheers
