In this video you get to watch (and ride along ) as I install a Flowmaster Cat-Back system on this 2011 Camaro. I install a Flowmaster Outlaw System #817556 I bought at Summit Racing for the tune of $970.70. Seem to fit pretty well and sounded great IMO. Any how I am not paid nor was this video endorsed by Flowmaster. Make sure if you are putting one of these on your very own hot rod Chevy Camaro that you follow the directions in the kit and not this video because I did not even read the directions let alone try to interpret them to you.....

You. Da. Man.
Sounds loud enough already stock
I know I'm 2 yrs late but 2 fat washers on the inside of that make believe crossmember would've worked.
Make a big bong out of that
Nice plate…thats 1 of a kind..
Right at 30 mins… those two pipes beoretheblack pipes, one was not the same direction as the other. Should have turn the right one 180
One pipe is inverted
They sell those stainless steel clamps for $15 at Canadian Tire as a universal exhaust system repair. I have one in my drawer in the Jeep for trail repairs. Interesting.
How nice for this guy neighbors who get to hear his car starting and running when he is home just so everyone can look at his fast car. Probably a fat guy who walks slow but has a fast car.
I wonder if this car is even on the road anymore?
That would be super fun laying on your back in the driveway….. louder is better haha
grotesque…$1500 down the drain for noise pollution
so you spend a thousand+ to get the flow master system, plus the aggravation of going to court every time a cop stops you cause he feels your exhaust is to loud. When you go to court, being it is an aftermarket system, the judge is gonna have you prove it is legal decibels. Then you might make enemies with your neighbors cause of the loudness. Just cause when you were young, you were not popular and now you want to be noticed when you drive around.
Sorry Eric, but I like Chris Fix lic plates better
jesus that's overpriced. you could have a competent exhaust shop cut the factory mufflers off and put a different muffler on the ends for half or less. Flowmasters were always overpriced since the early 90's, i went with walker super turbos at the time and saw no drop in E.T. vs. uncorked on my 450hp smallblock. also i believe the crossmember acts as a relatively low quality driveshaft loop. great content as always.
Is the left side pipe on backwards?
Leaking Exhaust Fluid 😳 😳 😆😆😆
The ECM idle control wrecks the overall sound of the high performance cars with Flowmasters, the old carburetor cars sounded so much better. Dropping raw fuel down into the cylinders instead of being metered down with the computer and fuel injection.
Good sounding, but I prefer the muscle car I had. It was loud, but it was quieter inside, so you could hear music.
I spray everything with brake cleaner before I take it apart. Lol
Don't know if anyone commented about this yet (didn't want to read all the comments), the "soot" on the original mufflers isn't a defect, it is from the factory condensation drain holes in the mufflers. Also, the reason the system didn't quite fit right is, I believe, Flowmaster has the middle pipe on the right side on backwards. I am surprised you got it to fit that well, and that Flowmaster hasn't corrected this. You can see if the right pipe was reversed, it would fit better and match the left side.

Loader is not better for the neighbors at 4 am. Would you like your neighbor to have there car equipped with that exhaust system and he go's to work at 4 am.
No problem vcut that stud off 1)2 inch sounds nice
Sum washers under the cross member mite help.
I mean…. It's a camero… Making it louder it will still just be a slow camero.
Sounds loud. Is it loud in person ?
haha. In the end its only a Camaro. Its not really a sports car.
Trim that screw on the shield 🛡
I remember when I had my 87 GTA and you still needed to weld and possibly do some pipe bending before plugging into your Flowmaster muffler ha things sure have changed with all these full bolt on's and for the Ford guys nothing like an H-Pipe into some Flowmasters on your Foxbody best sound ever on the old Fox 😉
WHY NOT PUT SPACER WASHERS TO LOWER THAT CROSS MEMBER. {" THINK OUT OF THE BOX " }.
Had a '68 Toronado with the 455cid, the original exhaust was trashed so we did 3" into itty-bitty turbo mufflers. No cat of course. It was deeper than this but still that throaty ripping sound is similar.
That made a hell of a improvement! Sounds good!
Most muffler shops would've not done that nice of a job!!! Awesome work…👍
Sounds great awesome !
We could just undo these..done! Classic!! Lol
3 – 4 hr job ?
The left hand side is backwards.
Be hard on that woman she will have your guts for garters fore you know it. Larfing whilst she sticks the shive in. Lol
Just add washers to plate bolts to gain clearance.
I would have ground off 1/8 off the stud!!
If customer just wanted more noise, why just muffler delete? He could of saved a ton of money.
Camaro RS or SS ?
The driveshaft must be WAY the heck up in there! Great show as always!!
what? no brake kleen intro? I feel shafted lol
5 years later, call the customer and see about getting them in for a retightening of the clamps.
Mrs ow sciving again cheeky
Please give me burble Mr oo
u get pay to put it on ……and u get pay to put back the original pieces ….. ja ja ja ja ..cuse the girlfriend dont like the noise….happen a lot ja ja ja ja
Wooooo bahhhh woo bahhhh. Lol.
Sounds nice
