I think you're doing a fantastic job! Your earlier videos were good, more automotive content than anything else. Your later ones have the content, plus a some comedy relief! Especially in the beginning. "WE have this (year) Chevrolet 2500 (?) with the "economical" 6.2L V8!" You said it with a straight face, I'm laughing like crazy! I've delt with those vehicles and fuel economy was NOT at the top of the list! LOLOLOL! Thankyou for the tips, "how to's," the funny stuff, Hannah and Marie and of course the "GIVEAWAY" You had recently! That was great, had me tearing up, and no one else had that! You're the best! ! !
Very nice that you provided this background, Eric. A question you may not have been asked is did you take any special training along the way. From what I've seen, you are very good in your chosen profession. Don't let the tin worm eat your cars. Jeff
Been watching your videos for the past 3 months and they are Great! I've been working on cars for 40+ years and I can see you're a class act around automobiles. You always seem to go that extra mile as a good mechanic should at times and usually it's just because we want too. Your videos are "Excellent" and I'm glad we don't have to contend with the rust in the suspension parts from the salt roads over here in Hawaii. Always waiting for your next video.
Hello mr.Eric O. my Name Pilar Velazquez Jr. I am from Laredo Tx. way down south by the boarder of Mexico. I have been watching your videos and they are awesome… You are very talented on what you do… I always say if you want to be smart be with smarter people like you.. I also have a small business shop and its call Velazquez Auto Air Conditioning SPECIALIST.. Here in Laredo Tx. we get Not so cold weather , in winter we get temperatures as low as in the 50s from December up to march , after that its summer and we get temperatures up 105 to 110 deg. Fahrenheit with the heat index. VERY HOT!!!! what attracts customers to my shop is that they see the word SPECIALIST.. In order for me to put that word ( specialist ) I had to educate myself more then any body.. I took a 3yr course of Auto Air Conditioning here in my town college.. It went very well and ever since im always taking my recertifications every 2yrs. ive been on this business for the last past 25yrs. love what you do and how you do it , you are a very smart man, thanks for your videos , you are a wonderful man , you have a beautiful family and GOD BLESS YOU ALL….
hey eric! thanks for checking out the live stream the other night. Can you please email me at SMCUSTOMS14@GMAIL.COM I have something you may be very interested in and may help you out a bit. thanks eric.
Hey I have an issue that I need help with, it's 2003 mercury mountaineer electrical issue no power window, no horn,no hazards,no power seats,no radio…any suggestions any help would be greats
I just watched the video " what I do all day at the shop" it wasn't a recent video, but you spoke of your philosophy on how you run your business and it was an insight of how you were taught by you dad and family, because things like that are passed down from your family. Most customers when bringing a vehicle to a shop have to trust the mechanic's ability to repair it and that the repair will last. Let's face it not all mechanics have the best reputations. I would say that your dad and your brother handled their business the same way you do. By not charging some customers for every little thing, or for a diagnoses that does not include parts but just a little time you develop trust and then a long time customer like you said. How do you think the dealers got the nickname "stealers" because the main goal of a service writer is to "up sale" the customer with high priced service repairs. Keep up the good work, you will continue to have a busy shop and an awesome YouTube channel.

I love videos like these… Fixing and diagnosing cars, yet my passion is in Computers. Regardless, I love working on my ol' truck, my 98 K1500. I have been able to do so much to my truck with help of Youtubers like yourself.
Thanks for joining the ranks of my favorite mechanics along side EricTheCarGuy, ScottyKilmer, BriansMobile1, and more.
