Eric be careful in this type of scenario with the mouse droppings and smell and urine very unsanitary conditions Glove up in these senarios Like Kenny Rogers said you Gotta know when to fold them and get out of there
It seems that a great many of the cars you work on require a hazmat suit. You should charge a lot more for these jobs than you would for working on one of my cars. My engine compartments are WAY cleaner than the interiors of the cars you get stuck with.
Hey howdy! I am glad you do not live where the mice are deer mice — extremely cute and prone to carry Hantavirus. Apparently the smell of mouse urine is a sure sign of their presence — mice are incontinent and use their own scent trails to know where they have been and likely where they might want to go again.
[While the name Hantavirus originates from the Hantaan river in Korea, it has been persistent in the Southwest for I believe centuries. Navajo have had a policy of closing and abandoning their hogan — their house — if a mouse has run over them therein. This seems extreme on the face of it, but breathing mouse urine fragments and then dying a horrible death would tend to justify the action. A solid dosing of an area with Lysol could be a good idea — as long as electrical shorts are avoided.]
Amazing how these newer vehicles seem like easier for mice get inside the cab and eat away at wires. Looks like good vehicle to off load after that nasty repair. Nice diagnosis Eric O
You seem to be the only qualified mechanic in your area. Something as simple as a broken wire should not be above the ability of somebody that owns a repair shop. Good for you, but kind of sad and embarrassing for other mechanics or those that claim to be mechanics.
Jesus!…2015 and looks like that!?. Looks like a theft recovery.
disgustingly nasty. but yet, other good job
Nice!!

I like it, Mr. O. YT live is picking up speed. The 120-ohm resistors make testing circuit integrity easy.
Hey Eric – I'm sure I'm the 1000th person to say this, but I really miss your "Hey there viewers!" intro…
I'll take rust anyday rather than serve my car up for the mice to feast on…bruce
