As I continue on chipping away at the 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee I am ready to install the new ball joints and the Iron Rock Off Road U-Joint axles and ditch these cruddy CV shafts. -Enjoy!

ur awesome bro…thanks for videos
Another awesome video…!!
He should be a teacher in his Spare time.
Why not remove the rear bearing seal and put more gease in it?
Why not paint the baring holder?
How do you grease the bottom one once itโs installed
Would you ever do another one? WJ?
Dรฉjร vu
the conversion from cv joint to u joint won't cause any weird issues with surging?
Eric why not look into the Atlas2 transfer case.
he didnt need big nasty
i am canadian and no one around here says aboot
i use my brass wire brush to clean them, havnt had issues with that yet and it works well and fast
where did u get the kit for this conversion kit to u joint
Question… HD U-joint is from ZJ or it's directly to WJ???
Information on u joint shaft
I have a question, in my 2003 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo wj, I just changed my upper and lower tie rod ends and now when I go fast and hot a small bump, my jeep shakes violently and gets worse when I apply my brakes to stop. I can go fast without shaking until I hit a bump. What could be the problem? I think it's the steering damper but I'm not sure or worn bushings in my track bar but again I'm not sure. Can you please steer me in the right direction
That JKS quick sway bar disconnet looks like its installed backwards to me!!
From down here in southern Indiana you talk a little funny too. But that's ok
It's "A boat" not "A boot" ๐
No rust you move to Florida
โI wanna ask you a-boot somethingโ. Lmao!!
Hey Eric could u tell me the reason for the conversation , pros and cons
Nice
Awesome
Suggestion: put aftermarket axle seals on. They will keep water and mud, etc out of the tubes, especially since the u-joint axles don't cover off the tube like the cv axles did.
Where did you get those sway bar links with grease nipple
Could you post a link to those U joint front axles, I tried looking them up but all I could find was CV axles…Oh great viedo, was a lot of help..One of your viewers mentioned a 242 swap..that would be a good one…
Snap on set comes with angled cups for this very issue
Youโre an absolute crack up ! Competent, precise and fast….funny guy too!
GAY
Hello there, what was the number of OTC tool set you were using to change the ball joint, upper ale bushing in Jeep Grand Cherokee wj? I really love your work! Best wishes
Do the top joint first, then you can run the threaded part through the bottom hole on the knuckle.
Professional dam you make it look ez,, so I've got one for you, got the iron rock u joint conversion kit myself, the u joints themselves are extremely tight to the point where the bearing house is cracked, the u joints are toasted awaiting iron rock response…
Why do you need the spacer between the spindle and bearing hub
Holy crap biscuit.
Where did you get the u joint axles from?
Big Boy toys all good
All that and no big nasty looks like a Kelowna jeep
Air tools, And lifter saves the strain and / or pressure on your back , shoulder, arm joints. EXCELLENT.
How about a wheelin video fella? ๐
In Michigan id have to pull rhe lugnuts off the hub bearing then put the wheel back on with couple lug nuts and kick the wheel couple times to break the wheel spacers off the hub… idk how ppl get theirs to fall off all the time… i did check them constantly for the first 500 miles like it says and they never lost tq spec
Watchin all these vidyao's again… wondering how the jeeps doin. Like the fact yah got a newer jeep that has the 4.7L v8 in it. Wondering if youre ever gonna do engine mods…
Thanks for the in depth how too. I followed your instructions for freeing off the ball joints; worked like a charm.
This was on a 2004 WG 2.7 Diesel grand cherokee with the Mercedes 5 cylinder engine. I think you guys had the same engine in the dodge sprinter/freightliner van.
Speaking of Canadians, one YouTube channel I watch is Joe Robinet – he makes tons of bushcraft videos. He's got that great Canadian dialect.
I used to shift my cup around in high school football…
all that upgrade and just put the stock rotor on it
Buy the adapters…will save you time…..lol
Need a Hemi swap now
Dupa…………..Polish for ass ๐๐๐
