Thank you so much
Heat the inside of the car so that the plastic is pliable. Heater or the sun. Those globes suck, my dealer didn't have any. Guess they want to sell you a whole car.
I've been wanting to change mine to led 74 bulbs which I already have. Cool White. I have a 2000 Toyota Camry LE 4 cylinder.
Cool! Show one for a 2007-2011 Camry if it comes your way.
Great job and fast thank you
You guys are a great help! I went to the Toyota dealership and they said those bulbs were not available? 🤥 With the parts numbers that he showed me, I was able to get to get the correct bulbs and put them in. You save me a lot of money. Thanks!
Any one know about an 09 with same problem?
Could you do the speedometer of the Toyota Camry how yo change the light bulb
Are there LED's for these ? I have a 2007 corolla it was a pain in the butt to get the panel off. I found the bulbs and tried to yank them out, thanks to your video I found that they quarter turn from behind. The led's are not for looks as wanting to use for long life.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
What size are those bulbs ?
What did you charge her 3 4. 5 hundred
I have replaced one of the bulbs twice and it falls out. I am using the Toyota bulb, qtr turn.
Wish they all could be that easy!
HEY !!!, No snap rings on those bulbs 🙂
This happened to my car but apparently the replacement bulbs got deleted from the universe and are impossible to find. Even the dealer didn't have them!
Thanks for the video.
Stopped at the dealer today and paid $15 for 2. Couldn't find it any cheaper elsewhere without paying an arm and a leg for shipping. Great video..THANKS!!!
hi I have a question – I replaced the light bulb as shown in the video here, however after a day the console lights went out again. Do you have any suggestion on what I should do?
An oldie but a goodie! Just changed mine….thanks!!
Why you don't instal LED?
I have a 99 solara so you know what kind of bulb replaces that and the cigarette light bulb that light up that ring around the cigarette lighter do you have any idea what kind of bulb that is I can't figure it out and nobody knows
Really great video! Could you do the same DIY explanation on a 2007-2011 Toyota Camry? I can't seem to find any instruction on this gen anywhere.
thank you
Thanks mate, Learnt so much from you. May God bless you with prosperity, good health to your family.
who can possibly dislike this video?, this guy is amazing and works like a champ. Keep up the good work Eric!
your the man
New Camry probably uses soldered on LEDs that require the entire assembly to be replaced at a cost of $300. 🙂
hi sir….you are super star for really…….
thanks for sharing…
Eric is their a way to change the bulbs on a dodge magnum. My back light went out and I didn't see a way to change them.
A 5 minute SMA Video??!?? What is this blasphemy?!
Haha. Great stuff. I am glad to see that not everything is just bulbs or LEDs soldered to a board… That really makes it easy in the long run.
Thanks for the great info Eric!
Tah Dah — the lights working – hahaha Classic!
Nice video. I have the same issue on 01 Silverado.
Remember Toyota used to use Koito bulbs. They lasted forever. Now with all the US. "Cooperation" Toyota probably no uses Sylvania or GE
This could come in handy, I have an 06 Camry.
hi, do you think it's too late to become a mechanic at 37? i really really like working on cars, I feel as though I have wasted to much time on my current career which I hate, but make better money at than a mechanic. but i hate the damn job and pretty soon i think i'll get fired lol. thanks man love the vids.
Yay…Dr. O light up the customer's day.
that job was definitely a 1-2 barbeque job!
Cheers!
If only all your jobs were that easy, of course if that were the case you'd have nothing to do most of the time!
That has to be the fastest repair and video you ever made , come on you make a longer one Lol.. Thanks Eric…
Your on fire Eric, three videos in one week. I love it. In my limited experience (and watching your videos) I'm beginning to realize that cars are assembled as quick as possible. If I keep that in mind it helps me take stuff apart.
Nice quick and easy fix! Guess your parts guy knew what he was doing.
What's the book time to R&I?
When in doubt about dash stuff, and if it's anywhere near the radio, try looking up Crutchfield instructions. And for $8 you could probably get 20+ LEDs and resistors, solder them in and they'll last forever.
A nice clean and easy one with no rust ! Good one!
I'll bet that is a Jeep cranking for your thumbnail page lol ! Heard that long crank those 4.0 motors have a bunch. Great Videos and awesome Diagnostics! You guys show how it is supposed to be done ! Keep em coming.
that is what you call a real quicky 😜
Where do you order those super soft purple looking bulbs? The one in my headlight switch is burnt.
Wow, that was a tough job. I saw the beads of sweat on your forehead Eric.
