The Duramax engines are built in Moraine, Ohio. They are assembled by American workers, Isuzu is in partnership with GM to design and engineering.
On the window we would take a 12 volt battery with jumper wires test window motor reverse polarity to go down reverse to go up lol 😂

Don't use acetone, because it's destructive in more ways then I can count… WD-40 does a wonderful job of removing tape gum…
Don't assume the battery is bad.. Check further. Maybe a bad connecrion?????

did u no u can charge youre jumperbox trough the leads after the car starts. This is because the alternator starts charging the battery emediateley after starting and sinds the jumper box is on it also gets power because you are still in the car so befor you can take off the box already 10 seconds have past. But i dont think you should ref the car with the box connected idle maybe fine.

Naptha (zippo fluid) takes sticky off really well and doesn't damage paint. I use it to get marker off of LCD panels at work to great effect.
He cut a tendon i did the same ting but on a finger was out of work for 7month

Hi Ray, love to see you working on diesels. My first PU was a 83 Ford F250 with a 6.9 international. Got over 30mpg and had no emissions, really easy to work on. Ran over 150,000 miles before trading it in. Love your vids, keep them coming.

Duramax's are made in Defiance County, Ohio. Also the full fuel filter housing replacement parts only run like $150 with filter from Chevy dealer, had to replace mine 2 months ago, went ahead and put an extra in the toolbox, because randomly dying going down the highway and gettin stuck because of an o-ring just sucks ass

Just a tip for you who repair your own cars you can buy the window motor from junk yard or ebay. Usually they are about 10-20 dollars. It is a simple electric motor that works or does not work. Ebay at least offers usually 30days up-to 1 year warranty to these.

I dread the annual fuel filter change on my ‘06 Lbz but still seams worth it to pull down the inner fender liner after watching you do it “by feel”. Im sure u get it done faster though. Great videos.
