Kinda rich to dump on german cars since all of Europe all united behind that american cars are really poorly made and can't handles our weather we have here.
Yeap, thats a beauty 😊, had one my self, and also some biiig LED high beams 👍
Did you say destructions?
Technically those "Bullbars" (as we call them here in the UK) are now illegal to use on our vehicles, but try driving in London and you'll soon discover that they are great at keeping Lycra Clad suicidal cyclist off of the front of your vehicle. Pedestrians also came off a lot better as the "Bullbar" spreads any impact over a larger area thereby reducing the pressure at the point of impact
I drove a 2017 Ram ProMaster City van for work… It had 60629 miles on it when the engine ceased to be an engine… Would burn oil every 2000-2500 miles. Dealership states "that's how it's supposed to run". Hard shifting ~ Dealership states "Mercedes transmission… that's how it's supposed to run". Rough idle with or with out a/c fan on ~ "That's how it's supposed to run". They've got lights for everything BUT low oil level… It'll tell you what door is left open, what light bulb is blown out, what tire is low on pressure ~ but can't tell you it's out of oil. (2500 after an oil change from dealer ~ & yes, I confirmed it had oil after they did their service). It has a self-preserving cut off that won't allow a restart with no oil in it ~ but can't alert you that oil is (prematurely) low. No leaks, no extra discharge from exhaust ~ it just eats it… It currently resides back at the dealership & I have yet to hear back from them on the current status. HEY RAM?? HOW'S IT RUNNING NOW?? LoLz
That little brush guard is designed to ensure the need to replace everything up to the accessory drives when it hits an object or animal
It's ready for a safari, just need a roof mounted machine gun.
Nice and schpiffy
AND WHAT WAS THAT PLASTIC LITTLE THING THAT FALL???
Someone wants some big old driving lights.
Pro tip: if you hit the cut edges with a heat gun, the white stress marks will disappear
Ambidextrous Ray. LOL! Great shot.
Brush guards are always bad news. But with that mounting, some stiff grass will collapse it into the radiator.
Think more care in cutting plastic would have been good , looking bodged
Once, just once…. If you did not like this video, please feel free to kiss my arse…. LMAO
Ohh Lořd Whontt Ewé Byé Moi a Moísáydeez Bhênzz ¿¿¿¿¿
Ray in aussie we call those nudge bars unlike a fully strapped bull bar that will flatten kangas and wild goats
Little washers on little nuts? Different.
After 3 taps on my VW181 with bumper attached to finders. I added a 4×6 PRESSURE TREATED oak timber with several chromed spikes. Odd how people react to big studs.
I take it you can also tap your head and rub your belly at the same time then Ray.
I think you forgot to check the oil cap.
I reinstalled mine the proper way (Thanks Ray) and now the engine runs smoother and the mpg has improve 👸
Well, instead off shiny bits?? A good service to the rig is more important!! 15.000kms and check engine light?? GREAT quality!!
It’ll rust out in 3 months
I’d like to know what the deal is with people and all those wires on the front of the dash here and there.
Wait, was that a manual?
You should check that check engine light. You can't leave us hanging like that.
You unbolt like I drink …with both hands
I really like that you put that bumper guard back on there and used your own judgment in order to cut it to fit, that customer was fortunate to have found you.
Doesn't look very sturdy. I assume it's just assistance for people who park by braille?
The bull bar is worth 2mpg fuel reduction, and 0% protection from anything more than cyclists while removing several degrees of approach angle….
I don't know why, but every time you exclaim "gravity!" it is incredibly funny.🤣
Quick question ray, do u ever get copyright strikes from other techs music?
Having installed tons of brush guards, running boards and other accessories most company's must have the owners kid do the instructions…..the majority of the time they just suck….. lol
The way that mounts, it's decorative.
The mountings will fail hitting a deer and push that back causing more damage than if they didn't have the "guard"
Check-engine light is on and the paint isn't dry yet. It's either a Dodge or a Mercedes.
Looked like it'd make a decent tumbleweed deflector.
Most people are here for the repairs… I'm just here for the dOO de DOo De DoO whenever the phone rings.
Must admit; I'm struggling to see the point of this. Too small and weak to do much, as far as I can see. A full width, bolted to the chassis, car pusher, I could understand. But hey, we're all unique and perfect in our own ways, right?
How do you say "Click" in German?
With much due respect and awe of your mechanics skills, please indulge me for a nano second,
but that plastic bumper part you so artistically cut up bravo Edward scissors hand has nothing on you Sir.
However my I humbly suggest that part wasn’t meant to be kept on with the bolt on brush guard . Rather returned back on “if” the owner decided to remove the bumper guard later .
Thanks again
I was working on my Jeep last night and I laughed when I caught myself saying, "Click". LOL!!!!!!!!
Wow. In a crash that show bar looks to me like it would do more damage than leaving it off the vehicle. Back in the day I had a real push bumper and hit 2 deer in my Ranger and didn't bend a thing. Lost 2 Bosch lights bolted to the push bar. Other than that all was good.
Ray like a Samurai with twin electric impacts.
It made it look better .. customer could have done that
Some people say men can't multi task
You might want to check your clicking circuit, it seems very intermittent.
I guess cutting two holes for the metal brackets into the license plate mount and then putting it between bumper and metal parts would have worked better. But it's hard to tell from the video alone.
