Either the folks in this town have only enough dough for an oil change or they are dumb or have been scammed by their shops for so long that they don’t believe you guys anymore! Eek 😬👀
Those zip ties are we call frankinstien,, we use same concept to repair fenders on dirt bikes and 4 wheelers for years👍👍

I know what makes tires have flat spots like that, in a chain driven car wash my ex-wife put on the emergency brake to keep from hitting the car in front of her on the same chain, she didn't take it all the way off for the rest of the wash and when she brought it home she had two big flat spots on our old mostly used up tires tires on the rear end
lived in california 20 years one of the worst times is when its time to get license on car unless you have a friend.they just put the screws to you with bullshit to build up the bill

If you're going to balance one, you'd may as well balance all and get a wheel alignment also. Didn't hear the noise, but know what bearings are like. Should be done in pairs too.

I wish you were in Oklahoma. I do as much as I can on my vehicles but that's not much. Older ones I can work on and some front end stuff but I take the hard stuff to the smart people.

that flat spot could be from the car being towed while it was in gear. Some shyster ass repo company towed my car by mistake and dragged it across town. They completely fucked up my front 2 tires. On top of it they refused to accept any responsibility for the damage and would not bring the car back. When I told them I was going to call the sheriff office and report it stolen they changed the attitude real fast. Still refused to compensate me for the damage though. Looking at you comm tow in Tampa.
