Come along with Eric O as he has a look at this 2010 Ford F350 that has a customer complaint of "No Right Headlight." Both the high beam and low beam are out. One thing we had to keep in mind is that the vehicle had a snow plow and a lighting isolation module installed in it and they can often be the source of a problem. -Enjoy

Looks like a birds nest. I have a feeling I have a very similar situation. Thank you ☺️
Thanks for the tips…
I have an 08 f250 that has no low beams at all, high beams and flashers work as well as turn signals. I have brand new bulbs installed and that didn't solve an issue. When I probe the headlight bulb plug for the low beam I get around 9 volts. Fuses are good, grounds are good and wiring is good. When I checked the fuses they both have 14 volts. There is no corrosion on the connectors or wiring. I still can't figure out why my low beams aren't working.
GREAT VIDEO ,,,,,,,,,,,,, note ,,,, turn camera off shoot crickets with brake clean
Have a 1999 ford 150 light switch just the front comes out but the back stays in place do i just pull it out or what
I was one that stuck around 😂
Good one with the bottom bolt… 🔩👍
i have the same issue but with my F150 2016 do you have a suggestion?
Is there a wire in Northern NY State that isn't green and crusty?
Try working on 25 year old combines no schematics, no component location drawings etc
That carpenter's pencil came from Kleet Lumber, in my hometown of Huntington, NY
Have same issue. But yellow violet wire was cut. Still have high beams. No low beam on driver side. Out of answers for this customer so i tagged both low beams together and replaced it with a 1amp fuse. Shhhhh dont tell anyone
Eric you're the #1 mechanic of all time.
I see thumbs-down numbers on many of your videos. Who are the numbnuts who would thumb-down this or any one of Eric's superb troubleshooting and repair videos? Disaffected stealership grease monkeys? Inquiring minds want to know.
Sure I understand!!!!!!!!!! The cricket I don’t!,, Enjoyed the video anyway Dr. E……….
nice ford escape engine lol
The great white hunter Eric O versus PETA
Love your terminology Eric 😆 Keep the great work up 👍🏻
Hahahahah I instal plows in the winter so I know where your coming from. Hahahahah I laughed so hard because some people just shouldn’t mess with shit
Like I say, you, someone else worked on it, price goes up,(labor)! lol
Oh ya, incase no mentioned it.
FET is Field Effect Transistor. Not as current capable as a regular bipolar transistor, but they switch fast and obviously work well with headlights.
Another Great Video. Shoulda used Brakkleen to get rid of the crickets!
Bamm! Where's the rest of the crew?? Ms. O at YOGA???? Fixin the mad pixie path
I was watching for so long and forgot the crickets were in the video. Started freaking out thinking the cricket was in my house! Crisis averted.
!!CHOP IT OFF!!!!
I would've annihilated that cricket along with all his chirping buddies! lol. Thanks for the video.
We can drive it home with one headlight
Josh and Hannah don't work there anymore?
I've never understood some peoples willingness to hack up a perfectly good wiring harness. I mean I've installed a few stereos and some lights and even a snow plow once but I always spend a few extra dollars and get the adapter plug so I don't have to cut any factory wires.
think electric tape smells.good. you should smell zip tape. I'm a contractor and we use it to dry in roofs and weather proof windows. I love the smell of it. best tape in the world. will stick to anything. it's the what flex seal from TV wants to be lol.
I got a 95 explorer. I had a brighter style factory bulb. one of them blew so I put both the original bulbs back in the truck and now my high beams dont work. on both side. worked before I changed bulbs to brighter ones and after I changed them. but Now with originals. no highbeams
he did find a girlfriend and it the 16th generation of crickets
Just a thought, wouldn't you check the bulb first?
That's your good luck charm keep you awake when working late
oh my !
Cricket safari in the shop. Bring some brake cleaner spray in case they rush you and you gotta put em down.
You can use that cricket for fish bait in one of your ponds
No crickets died in the making…
After-market wiring? There's your problem, lady!
What are the chances of the owner replacing the connector.
Need a sound effect for when ever you whip a tool or a can of spray out
them crickets r some good bait, all u need is a beer, pole and a waterhole
HAH! I just did this diagnosis on an 06 E-350 yesterday! Driver side headlight out. Found it to be an internally shorted Multi-function switch.
Is there a way the DIY guy can get electrical schematics? I know Mitchell has them but not sure about getting schematics just once in a while.
South humane auto:)
So Eric O. Tell us again why you hate aftermarket CRAP!
For God sake man.Get you a new cap.Been following that caps life in every video. And I think it died already. From one of ur fans.
"Super horned up" 😂👍
What brand of wire strippers did you use? I need a pair of those. I couldn't help but to admire them!!
