Thanks! We are getting ready to replace our 15 year old Hoffman aligner and have been pulling our hair out trying to decide Hoffman vs Hunter. The interwebs lean to Hunter, but mostly due to good support. They seldom talk about capability. We want to buy from NAPA who wants to sell us the latest Hoffman. After watching you with the Hoffman I think I'm sold. Thanks for a good video – many good videos.

what kind of Camera are you shooting with?
All alignments I have done to my cars from pepboys to more expensive shops they donโt care I have never seen my reports be almost perfect or perfect like Eric leaves them.

Great video as always learn something new every time I watch one of your videos. I noticed one mistake the dodge version of the Mitsubishi 3000gt is the Dodge stealth not the dodge avenger. Just wanted to let others know who might be looking for that type of dodge , donโt know why you would want one but you never know.
Only if you lived closer I would of gone to you. The wheel alignment shop I went to couldnโt adjust my camber on my 2008 trailblazer LT

I always try to tell people to fill up their tank before getting an alignment. Just something that could help and doesn't hurt

Learned alignments in 70's on Hunter and old timer taught me to put 100# weights in both front seats simulate driver in car then align ! FWIW

If someone drives their car mostly on the highway, say traveling for work, would you do the alignment with them in the drivers seat or would it make enough difference to matter?
I guess you could do the alignment with the customer in the driverโs seat , but that would be extreme.
I think the readings are in 1/100 of a degree, not 1/100,000 of a degree.

My grandpa did this on my first car many many years ago. He used some kind of measuring stick and chalk on the garage floor. I wish I had paid attention.

Interesting to see that done. I played hell finding a shop with the correct wheel adapters. Roadmaster has the same issue as early Caprice. Built in skirts.

Congrats on the machine. I work in racing.. we still set up strings for toe. But we also set ride heights and corner weights. But wi the measurements. You are so right on how they change. We put balast in for the driver weights and also but the fuel load the engineers give us so we can be as close as possible.. anyway.. great vids man. Thanks.
