poor air?, so breathing the smog filled air is better?
Love your videos. Your family are good sports, including your pets.
Since Moby Dick was a Sardine!!! Lmfao
Awesome video….the narration is very interesting
Where are u located buddy
"Had this since Moby Dick was a sardine." Does Rodney Dangerfield write this stuff for you? ( – :
I stopped using a torch under the interior after it cost me some carpet and a front seat.
Wow that’s the first time I heard a complaint of FREE AIR!..: Yeah I can do something about it… Send that air nozzle where the sun don’t shine! Sorry for the vulgarity, but come on people. As a small business owner myself I know how people can look at you and say to themselves… “I bet that guy has money… I think I’ll try to sue him!” It’s like welfare to some people!
Exactly what I need done! Same car. I am having an issue of no acceleration and when it does she is very sluggish! Almost to the point of wont go. Hope it's just the one converter. Isnt there 2? How did you know which one it was?
how much should a new converter cost these days? 9/30/21 thanks
Great video….
Curious….with all the cheap CATs out there…..are there brands you recommend that work decent, and don't reset the dreaded P0420.
Seems to be there's an awful lot of them out there on the market that are made in Canada.
Bad air- do you use California air?
"Because all three tires leaked profusely"
Uh huh….
Should have told the guy to lay off the fix a flat and try actually replacing tires instead. That stuff is notorious for eating alloy rims if left in there for an extended time. All of that stuff is just meant to get you to the shop to replace the tire, but people consider it liquid tire in a can and just carry on like everything is fine.
I run a residential remodeling business and one time after taking a number 2 at the client's house the toilet clogged up. I'm not unaccustomed to this happening and am quite good with a toilet plunger, but for some reason I could not clear this clog. Now after 2-3 days I knew whatever I put in there had dissolved at this point so I was a bit perplexed. Then I remembered that when I was clearing out the bathroom for the remodel there was a pack of wet wipes that was sitting on the back of the toilet and there wasn't any in the waste basket.
LIGHT BULB MOMENT
So then I compiled some information and a few video links and showed the client that in fact she was the reason her plumbing was clogged. Obviously she was unhappy that she now had to call and pay a plumber to come snake her pipes, but later apologized when in fact it turned out I was right. So yeah you gotta watch people man, if you even touch their stuff (or in your case they touched yours) and something goes sideways, they will ALWAYS be quick to blame you.
Torch them nuts off, of the cat converter thieves that is.
Thanks for your videos.
Wait I'm confused.. Why did you need a CARB compliant cat in NY?
Air omg that's funny like was that air for winter or summer
Y'What? A Cal-Cat in NY State? $25,000 Fine?
Those Democrats have stuffed you … just like Labour stuffed us in the UK
guy for the free air sounds like a gold digger….lol
Eric o
U know the air out of ur hose made cracks in tire. Hehaha. Too funny.
I bet the guy at the body shop that told the customer it was bad air is still laughing !!
Every time you say "torch the nuts off" I cringe!
I just hate how so many people try to take advantage of someone doing something nice for another person.
“Cut the nuts off?” Ouch. 😂
Must be that New York air I love your show great stuff.
I can't believe you didn't help that guy with his rim rot. It was all caused by giving him air that was industrially agitated so that the electrons didn't know which direction to orbit the protons!
If they do the same job but cost less that automatically makes them better in my book.
Anothergreat video. Thanks.
The problem with the air is that it's free If you start charging like everyone else nobody will complain anymore
How much did this job cost?
We had a saying at work that fits your air situation perfectly. No good deed goes unpunished. I had this happen to me with a niegbor crazy woman. I was trying to keep her young children from drowning in the river and for 5 years she attacked me at any and all opportunities. She thought I was hot for her till my wife finally told her she was not my type and my wife commiserated with her over the poisoning of her puppy. Antifreeze I think from her property.
Eric, just when you think that you have seen and heard everything, some idiot will come along and blow your mind. Either he's dumb as a rock or a STUPID CROOK.
Do you know the difference between a parts hanger and a Mechanic? If ya don't your a parts hanger……Rally on Mechanic
been in the auto repair industry for 45 years now….thought i herd it all….died laughing at the "dirty air" guy….i swear people are always looking for a free ride
sounds like a grift to me
What are gonna do about your bunk air man? "Nothing" what a dipshit people are these days. Its the "pointing finger" generation. Everything and anything wrong is Everyone else's fault. SMH
What size bolts are those you bolted on the resonator?
Torqued to spec… with the impact… Lol
I have a p0420 code so i have to replace the converter. Although the only videos i find is changing the exhaust manifold.. is this the same thing because your video your replacing the downpipe.
Gawd! On quiet nights up there, can you stand outside and hear the cars rusting?
i’m just saying…if your rims corrode from 3 gallons of air, how thin of a metal could you possibly have on your vehicle lol if chloride can last a decade soaking a rim and some free air ruined yours i think you may have bigger problems lol
I think you need a full-time employee just to sweep up rust from the shop floor.
That ass hole messed with your head. Thank you for sharing stay safe
Eric Did You happen to let the guy know you were using 30 weight air and the 10 weight air would be ready to use in a few months We always have to change the air when you hit the air change intervals
Just replaced all the stabilizer bar links, rear shocks and the torque strut mount on a 2008 Altima. A cut off wheel sure makes quick work of those rusted on nuts by splitting them in half and knocking them off. Way faster than trying to unscrew them…
PEOPLE are crazy
Since Moby Dick was a sardine!!!
why would he need air if his rims were fine before
