Just rock on E.
How much did you charge the customer?
Great story about the rocks nice coat
This actually happens more often than not at the shop Iโm at. I see it all the time.
I keep my rocks in my tires. Or in the oil.
Maybe it's time you wrote a country song….maybe something about rocks…..and squealing brakes….while sitting in a treestand down in the holler.
Yup sounded like the rock, or a bent shield
Could be a rock. Quality material bud
I just pulled one out of my f150โs front brake.
Had that happen to our cars twice now.
What a charming town .
This happened to me one time. The rock got in there because I was spinning my tires on a dirt/gravel road.
Just out of curiosity, how much do you charge for that?
Hey wish it were that simple for my vehicle but usually when it sounds like that I got to change some pads. O first time ever having a guide pin stripped out and missing on the front caliper I have never seen that happen until about a couple days ago. And I was going in to put support Spring back on, the caliber one problem leads to another…
And I was trying to save money that was a joke as per usual..
I wonder how bad the pads are..
Have you gotten a 20000 mile conventional oil change yet. With only a half a cup of oil in the motor
You just saved me so much headache, have a brand new Jeep Cherokee and got terrible high pitched squeak, was like โwtf, everything is newโ but saw your video, and sure enough, it was a rock behind the dust shroud, thanks again for the video ๐๐ป
Its a rock today, but it's a Nissan, so in 40,000 miles, it'll be the trans
What does a rock in your brakes cost?
Sorry man but I do not do COMMUNIST FACEBOOK! Never have. Never will. Facebook is communist.

Mr.O you are a fantastic mechanic and you have beautiful children!!!
i once had a rock in my breaks
I had the same thing happen to me, i thought my brake caliper was loose nope. I backed up a few times and it stopped luckily. I was in the middle of nowhere in Colorado were the bears and bigfoot live.
What a lovely family !!!! this video was just plain funny !
Happened to Mom and Dad's Van once. Terrible noise, all the dust from gravel roads got lodged up in there.
Have been watching your vids for 2+ months. I learn a lot. I mostly enjoy your interactions and conversations with your family. Thanks!
This was great man. God bless you guys
I changed my rear brake pads the other day (one of the pads on the drivers side was thin
but the other 3 were OK). I noticed when I opened the drivers side caliper bleeder valve to push the piston back in, no brake fluid came out unlike when I did the other side but the piston did go back in easily. I took the car for a test drive and now I get a slight whooshing sound when I press the brake pedal (NOTE: its not a hissing sound). The brakes work fine and the pedal doesnโt feel spongy, its just that whooshing sound which it didnโt make before. I can hear it when Im sitting in the car but its louder coming from the engine compartment. I bled all the brakes, no air came out just solid fluid but the same thing still happens. Theres no leaks as the brake fluid is still at Max level and I dont see any evidence of leaking.
.
I did a couple of brake booster tests, turned the car on for a while then turned it off, pressed the brake pedal a few times then turned the car back on and the pedal sunk as per normal. Next I turned the car on and let it idle for a while then pressed the brake pedal and turned the car off, the pedal still stays down after about 30 seconds. Finally I turned the car on, then when turned off I pressed the brake pedal a few times, it did get a little firmer each time but you can still press the pedal down if you keep pumping the brake but the noise stops after the first two pumps.
Love the channel bro! You have a beautiful family! Your little girl is adorable, I have a 9 year old boy who loves to take things apart! Then I get to put them back together! ๐keep the videos coming and I'll keep watching! I'm a boat tech and I always take pride in my work and it's nice to see that you do to! Much respect brotha!
As soon as he showed the car i instantly said " WELL THERE'S YOUR PROBLEM, LADY!"
…ever read: the "Model Garage" in the Popular Science magazine?
Did you get her a new rock from Napper? Not a sponsor.
I had one of those but the rock was more stubborn had to get the pry bar screwdriver out.
Like the joke of blinker fluid lol
It's all her fault, apparently.
It's the blower motor in your ford!
At first, I thought it was the backing plate rubbing on the rotor. I've seen that before, don't think I've ever had a rock in the backing tho. Nice catch Eric!!!!
Joe
You know what it is
You did hear that
What is going on coiing on come on
there's your problem lady
Had a rock inside tire shop that put tires wanted to charge to remove it
Even more impressive, I fixed a customes brake noise by removing a rock from inside of a brake drum. The backing plate was missing a plug in the inspection window.
Doing work in Appalachian I had a bucket of rocks from backing plates and even from inside hub caps too
I remember that happened to me twice
That was hilarious. I need to do a best moments video of Eric.
your little girl is a jewel
Would be interesting to see how you charge for that. Do you charge a flat 1 hour?
