In this video I head out on the road with Sonny's Service Of Avoca LLC and watch as they up right a tipped over plow truck. In the past 24hrs upstate NY got blasted with some heavy wet snow and unfortunately none of the back roads were frozen making it very difficult for the town ships to plow. Soft shoulders and deep ditches are the worst nightmare when trying to wing back the banks for these guys. -Enjoy!

Your Brother works as hard as you Mr O. Success comes with hard work and you two deserve the success after the old, sweat and tears you put into your jobs. Seems like you have the Town pretty much sewn up between you. You come to the O Brothers or we'll send around the heavy mob. 😂😂😂. But seriously, you guts are amazing. Does your Brother not have a YouTube channel? If not he's missing a trick there. I'd subscribe for certain.
I'm sure NAPA (Not A Sponsor) has a part that can fix that. Either them or Broke When Delivered. 😂😂😂😳
Great video Eric! Thanks to you, Doug and the crew!
Smarter Everyday would love this.. He has a fascination with Snatch Blocks…
I would have lost it if you had whipped out the brake clean (WHAMP) for the plow pin removal part. 🤣 Great vid.
How many hours for the recovery?
Love upstate…I say "only 6-8" being from Binghamton and ppl think I'm nuts being in Indiana now
Purple adventure buyer brother took some balls boy that is some truck driving s***.
Jake brakes
I like SMA but this twist was nice. Your area looks like Wisconsin twisty nice n woody
Great Video
Cant tell you how much I enjoyed this video. Noticed that Jeep hat still lives in the latest videos.
People laugh and joke and complain about the ELOgs but they are meant to keep exhausted drivers off the road to prevent anyone being killed.
That was a good break from your usual channel
Ever notice how much your brother favors Aaron Rodgers.. lol
A refuse service in Fort Lauderdale advertises "Free Snow Removal" on their trucks.
This is an awesome video!…………………..Eric THANKS for sharing!…………………………The sheer beauty of where you live is incredible!
Truck was tiered n had to lay down
South main towing. Love it.
More like this would be nice 👍
I'll put a Jake brake on my Grand Prix first.🤣lol
Mr O you gotta say yeah baby when that Jake is on
Yeah baby jake for the win
Great video, loved the sound of the Jake coming down the mountain. This was better than Ice Road Truckers because getting up that rise and down the mountain had genuine risk involved. 👍👍
Snow tires? Get Mrs. O Bridgestone Blizzaks. You'll be calling HER for a tow.
If there's one thing I really hate doing is working on vehicles in winter.
No frost the plow must’ve dug in to the road
And fucked up the truck
There's an easy comraderie when the excrement hits the ventilator and a bunch of guys to out to fix it!
Would of took Ron Pratt 3 trucks, 1 rotator and 2 flag men to remove that truck. Your brother did it solo with 1 wrecker
slow and steady wins the race good use of the jake
I used to run my rig from france to italy over the alps sheet ice and snow
I know how your brother feels been there and Done that long hours. lololol
I used to drive wrecker, sling towing, before wheel lifts. I hated crawling around on the ground in the slush and ooze on the side of the road. It was the worst. I've even had that light front end issue. Single rear axle on our trucks, hauling a '64 or '63 Caddilac four door. Every good bump on the road I could feel the front wheels completely come off the road. Was terrifying.
Spent quite a bit of time with our Explorer Post in upstate NY going caving. Mostly in the Scohari (probably spelled that wrong) and surrounding areas.
I watch a guy work on a flipped over truck…in a warm living room and I felt I was there. Living in Orlando …cars zero rust. Lol….I’m looking at the smoke coming out of their breath and thinking damn it’s cold… these boys are tuff. Cold is for the young..light jackets ,,work gloves. I’ll pass on this job…not even going to get into up all night..or the wind. Coming thru the camera…like the bonding of the brothers. Nice to see in this crazy world,,,last but not least. I always lol. When I see mechanics driving new trucks even though they could fix a clunker for nothing,,
Could you use the dump trucks brakes to help out?
I love the finger lakes. I have been to waaaayyyyy more than 50 wineries!!
Only thing I can say is that your brother needs to look into getting a bigger tow rig.
They had it running to just help with the job. Thanks
Brings back memories from back in 2000 when I was living in Barrie. Snow's really beautiful but it causes a real headache for the guys that have to keep the roads passable. Great Video!!!
Great video, Eric! Looks like you and your brother are keeping NYS running smooth!
where are you guys located?
I live in Florida…what's that white stuff???
The whining comes from all over the US. In fact when the founding fathers were gonna name the country, they had three names in mind. The United bBullshitters of America, The United Whiners of America, or The United States of America. Lol
nice video
No wining hear, awesome video
I laughed for several minutes about your comment on the “ metric crescent wrench ).Your showmanship adds greatly to your high level mechanical dexterity. I’ve watch you many hours with much enjoyment. I’m retired in Michigan but have much time in the beautiful Finger Lakes area of NY.
Now there's a real combo; Eric and Doug, two of Avoca's finest.
Merry Christmas to you and Mrs.O! Kindest regards from Sunshine Coast,BC
Love the sound of a Jake brake
