Just watch this video. I think Eric O. needs another winter business.. "South Made Ice Cream" I laughed so hard when he was explaining the opening of the ice cream shop. Keep up the great videos!
I bought a Volvo V40 from a salvage auction with the Citroen diesel engine. Luckily I watched this video and decided to check the cam and sure enough the cam lobes are pointed every which way, I'd never even heard of press constructed cams and had I not known I'd have run out of talent very quickly. Now the Volvo is running and I'm about to double my money. Thanks for your work.
Eric, I JUST watched this video and. Noticed. You DIDN'T share a SINGLE candy or led cob cap light WITH your Guest. Why NOT? You seem like good caring people at SMA!
I live in central Oregon. No inspections; safety or emissions. No salt on roads. rust is rare, except in really old cars. Just pay for tags by mail every other year and you're good to go. But maintain your car anyway, I'm pretty sure fix-it tickets come with fines.
Spam became popular during World War 2 just as brothels did too. There was a shortage of meat, at that time, so they introduced Spam to provide more meat.
I still got a set of British Standard Wrenches. As I had to work on them old Triumph cars…Try finding a set of Snap-On BA1 on their Truck.. They laugh so hard.
I missed this one. I was away in the caravan at the time and I was probably in bed at the time you were streaming this live feed. I've seen a couple of Steve's videos. If I'm ever in NY I will have to look you up Eric. I've worked on an older car than Steve. The oldest car I've owned was a 1966 Triumph 1300. I used to own a 1974 Triumph Toledo. I've just subscribed to Steve's channel.
Eric. Iโve got that hub and wheel cleaner. Itโs a great tool. A little tip, when you want to swap the pads on the Velcro backing, get your pocket screwdriver in behind it or it wants to pull the Velcro off the green backing! Only criticism is the hexagonal part that goes into the chuck of your drill should really be a little longer to stop the grip on your drill fouling on the tyre.
I've just watched this back. Wow, I'm humbled by all the really nice comments. So sorry we didn't get chance to answer all your questions. I'll be back in October so maybe round 2? Eric's got a great community, you're all awesome ๐ Cheers, Steve โค๏ธ Thanks also to Eric and family for the excellent hospitality, it was memorable x
25 dislikes from people who cant figure out how to make a ratchet work. I just spent the afternoon under my 01 Passat doing engine, trans, and the damn snub mount. What a damn chore that was.
Thanks so much for both you guys visiting with all of us on youtube, bad jokes and all! Loved it! A nice way to spend a couple hours. (Sorry I couldnโt watch it live, even though you did give us the heads up ahead of time) Letโs all keep sharing our knowledge, to make a better world for all car owners.
We just sent my boy, who is a Marine a care package containing a huge bottle of rainbow sprinkles. He says the chow hall has this killer soft serve machine…Now he has the sprinkles. ๐
