Hi.. Great vids… I recently subscribed.. im wondering where you got the wiring diagram from… I plan on replacing the blower motor… heater core… and NOW… THE RESISTOR… ON MY 06 06 GRAND CARAVAN EXT…

All other positions work as intended (they give me 12dc volts when selected, otherwise they give me zero) but high fan doesn't. When high fan is selected it gives me 12v DC but when I switch to another position, it gives me 10v or 9v… What can that be? Does that probably mean that my resistor works properly? Thank you very much

I had a problem with my blower motor resistor in that it would only blow high (2003 DGC). Simple fix, even you could do it.

  7. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Daniel Rodriguez says:

My 2007 caravan was not kicking the A/C blower on. I live in Florida 😅. Needless to say ….. while driving and watching this video I might have or haven’t kicked the area under / behind glovebox and ⚡️ 🧊 ❄️ 💨 the AC blower is fully basting!!!!
    Thanks

mine doesn't have a fulltime power when I check the input plug itself, but somehow it does have power on the plower side when I check it. what could be wrong please?

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Hola! haresh m says:

Question: I did the trick by tapping on the bottom and the blower turned on. What does this mean? All the speeds worked fine once I did the tap trick.

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars randy schiffer says:

Dumb question here: As a rule of thumb should you just go ahead and replace the blower as well? I mean a month passes and it goes out then you're back under there again?

Great video , I have a Ford F150 replaced the Resistoe pack , it lasted three days now I have to check the Blower motor amperage .

  39. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Bryan Noah says:

If the blower motor resistor is bad it also needs a blower motor , the motor has overloaded the resistor and took it out so with that being said replace both resistor and motor at the same time

  40. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Donovan Capron says:

What does it mean when you hit it with your hand and it starts working again? Does that mean its the blower motor or resistor?

  41. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars JJ Romano says:

My blower just quit running. Wasn't sure if it was a switch, resistor or fan motor. Took a chance as this video made it easy to replace and was a cheap part at AA in stock. Took longer to pay for the part than to install! Thanks for the helpful video! Cost me $17 plus gas to repair.

  42. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jose Rodriguez says:

so I had already changed the resistor and the motor, checked the relay and that's not it. the back blower works so i switched the back tot he front , nothing, i put the front to the back and it worked!!! not the relay not the blower not the resistor crap!!! need help

The resistors on a 2015 Chrysler 200 and a 2015 Dodge Dart are totally NOT the same. Not hating just wanna clarify

G'Day Eric from sunny warm Queensland Australia. Just bought a 2005 Chrysler Grand Voyager with, you guest it, no functional blower motor. Found your video and I did it too. Motor blower works well, now to get cold A/C out of it. probably just a re-gas after some 300000 Klms. your video and a $20 part fixed it.

  47. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Al Steel says:

  49. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Richard Butz says:

Didn't fix my issue. I replaced the resistor.I think I need to replace the blower motor
