What about the rubber bushings that go on the bottom of the radiator that you pointed out I noticed that the new one did not have any installed it without them please elaborate?
On the radiator can we just order new seals reseal it and put it back on and save the customer anywhere from $300-$600 that’s my suggestion that’s a lot of money today’s times but I’m not there lol God bless you Ray ✝️✝️✝️

I actually just had a buddy help me replace the water pump, radiator, upper, and lower radiator hoses in my 98 V6 S10. It was shocking to see the state the previous owner had it in with the rust and junk everywhere. Lots of neglect and improper care finally being addressed
Nice Job! I usually put a dab of engine oil or silicone on the inside of the radiator hose to make it easier to put on.
I hate when my hose gets 'soft and squishy'.

Another customer got scammed!!! Now they don't have to come back for a while! This gives us mechanics a bad rep!

Can someone explain to me why grey goup would come out of an oil drain plug? I understand coolant and oil, I get that. They are not miscible. So what is this new chemical compound?

Ray you should have used dex-cool not that cheap universal antifreeze
A 90 degree pick helps get under the clips. Then you can twist the 90 to hook the clip and never lose one again. Swapped to taking them off with picks instead of a small screw driver and haven’t had one shoot away from me in 3 years 👍
