I would like to know where you got the battery brush for the drill
All of the fasteners would be welded with rust in Michigan
"Lot of effort just to get one nut"
Reminds me of my ex wife.
Loving the choice of copyright violation in the background…. Dude, Floyd…..
Automotive engineers sit around at lunch watching these videos with a big bowl of popcorn saying "Oh look! We put that frame right in the way of that bolt! "Hey Johnson, great job choosing a bolt length that was just a bit too long" "hahahaha" "munch munch"
Must be a Canadian Ford.
Wow how much this would cost would not make it worth it. This is a reason why you don't buy a ford.
my c6 vette dies minis 20 F
Missed a great opportunity to blow out the rad, great work though, I'm learning lots about AC
Black death is a term usually reserved for the cylinder head of a diesel Mercedes. Eventually you'll have to rebuild the head of a Merc just to remove the black solidified oil etc
Where do you get those Battery post cleaners
Great show 👍
That's Texas r12 cold.
On many of your jobs, you have to do a "deep dive" to get to the faulty part. You're removing brackets, hoses, connectors and such along the way. How do you organize the fasteners you remove so you know where they go back?
"A lot of effort to get one nut" – Yeah, I remember being a teenager too.
And once again we see why Mechanical engineers hate Design engineers.
Hey I was wondering if you heard of mixing water and baking soda together and then you dump it on the battery and it neutralizes and cleans all external battery acid maybe you know but I was just wondering if you knew that easy way to clean it up and safe
What happened to the video I was watching last night you were fixing a GMC Denali the guy traded the one he traded it in for had problems and all sudden the video ended after 10 minutes and I didn't see any other information
Doesn't it suck when gravity rears its ugly head?
You have a lot more patience than I!!!!!
You should have cleaned inner radiator from all of the debris that I seen stuck on it at the top
Hey Ray, i look at youre video's Evert day😀. I have one question: why didn't you clean the radiator? There was a lot of dirt on the upper side. As always have a Nice Day 😀 greetings from the Netherlands!
A job worth doing is worth doing twice! You cracked me up on the money shot!
Is it just the mic on the camera? Why does that engine sound like a singer sewing machine?
someone is fan of Pink Floyd :3
Oh I wanted to see the flush job being done I wanted to see how much crud came out.
Flanged bolts and nuts are used because they are less likely to loosen thus requiring considerably more torque to remove than was specified for tightening.
Just wondering did not see you replace the Orifice Tube have always replaced Orifice Tube, ac condenser, expansion valve.
When a Ac compressor fails new or old? Seen so many problems from other shops not replacing this.
And being plugged taking out compressors. If I missed it my bad .
Wondering if you saw the dirt that was on the radiator before installing the condenser. I would of used shop air to blow the radiator from inside to clean it a bit.
I rather be cold as Hell then driving Hot
1994 lightning pickup truck head 28 degree air conditioning brand new from the dealer no complaints doing a great job bro
You would leave all that shit between radiator and condenser haha, wow just "click" it back in there! Reminds me of your vid on that silverado that you blow schmeg all over the pace instead of just using a shop vac first to clean up the bulk debris under intake.
It's not contortionism, it's car yoga.
Diggity..
That low temp is indicative of too little Freon
Yeah, that's how you open a zip lock bag ROFL
Your long shaft, woot
I wish my AC was that cold! In Texas.
🖒🤠
Great job
"A lot of effort just to get one nut" – Story of my life!
Those temps are too cold, gonna freeze up. Yikes. Either blower too slow or too little refrigerant.
Hey Ray, how do you know the black sludge was not from the 1st compressor?
Love it! 36F ! Let me bring my car to you for a/c. I haven't seen temps like that since R-12. Wheres your shop located?
Evan a blind squirrel gets a nut once in a while
You are such a Snap On show off…
