Here is my attempt at a Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) video. It is usually light noises and whispering. I decided to do my own rendition of it called Hardcore ASMR! Oh for what it is worth I am adding a leaf to the rear of a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 that was a little more saggy in the back than the customer wanted.

Normally people gripe when hot metal is cooled with water. Work hardening or something. Why are you spraying these? To keep the springs cool?

Wow, snow tires ( blizzaks) this early? They are a soft rubber compound to grip in snow and icy conditions. Having them on now they degrade alot quicker.

My first car was a 1970 Chrysler Newport. The rear end would bang, so we had to re-arc the leaf springs as you did. What fun when I got my first flat on a rear tire. Jacked the car to the top of the old post jack and the wheel never moved off the ground. Had to get several 2 x 6 boards under the jack to get the car high enough. Then needed a scissor jack to raise the axle, so the tire could get off the ground. Good thing the trunk was large enough to fit a dozen bodies, so I could carry all the parafinalia to change a flat. What a fiasco.

Want real hardcore ASMR, get the chunk of steel out with the notch cut out of it to "recurve" old leaf strings by putting them on said chunk o steel and beating them with a full sized sledge. Earplugs and earmuffs required, and double gloves for the guy "holding" the spring while the other pounds it.
