Aren't directions from the vendor written for a reason. Just use a cutting torch if you don't want to follow instructions by Billy Boat.
I'm glad my C6 base didn't have this version of BB on it. Someone put the more basic static BB on it. Seems like a lot of places for a failure to happen.
"This should bring some comments I'm assuming?" Dude.. you have NO idea!! ๐คฃ๐๐
High priced stuff…I like a manual cut-out. Welding required. Even doing an alignment on a Vette is a headache.
You should block out customer plates
should have pulled the short end into the box .
OMG Now my ids know where babies come from ! ;O
๐๐๐๐๐
I think I'm going to name my band Droppin' Sockets
Fantastically helpful video. I'm planning to get one of these exhausts installed and now I know how to do it.
I thought you did not like that aftermarket junk.
Must have been nice not fighting a bunch of rust for a change.
Its pronounced button not bu en
I came here cause I thought the last owner welded those clams on and I just wanted to be sure if they just come like that before I saw that weld off ๐
I hate when a customer stands over me when I'm working it doesn't matter if they r cool r not it still makes u uncomfortable and nothing is going to go right
im not a fan of after market, but i say this system is by far well desinged
Eric Eric Eric tut tut tut thought these videos are meant to be pg lmfao ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐๐๐๐ now I'm not going to say what that looks like to me on that whiteboard
The grade school humor is never lost…poor Hannah. Good job!
Wouldn't it have been easier to access vacuum by installing a T into the brake booster hose?
Hold up, this is the first Grandsport Iโve ever seen with out a dry sump piling system. I donโt believe you have a real GS…..
Vacuum cutouts eh? Never seen those. I think the electric ones would last longer and work faster…no need to run air lines to the motor etc. Just the power/control wiring.
WHAT A DICK !
A VACUUM PENIS NIPPLE. WOW! Now I want a Corvette.
Is that car a automatic or manual?
the extra 6 inch of wire to make it easier to install would have put billy boat out of business ๐คฃ
I kinda wanted to see how he drilled the holes into the side of that tiny trunk box๐ค
Awesome video. Thank you very much! I am getting ready to install the OEM NPP exhaust on my 2012 Grand Sport that didn't have it stock, so I will be adding the NPP in a Box kit which is pretty much the same as this Fusion controller to control the baffles. I like how you installed the control module in the cubby hole.
Man those were some drawings ๐
Didn't know this was an x rated video site. But you're kicking it up a notch from Escapes with evap codes. Vettes and erotic art should help viewer interest quite a bit.
Rubber exhaust hangers and other flexible parts: Pledge furniture polish might be the slipperiest water based thing in auto repair.
JMF The Alignment Guy
I did not expect that to fold down like that in the passenger footwell. That seems really nice and clean. New respect for Corvettes. I really like the C7, so maybe in a decade or two, find a steal on one as there are many other cars I'd rather have at even the used price range of a C7. But much nicer than the fit and finish of the older ones I've been in certainly. Color me impressed.
Really clean under there Eric
nice drawing. LOL
But can she do it?
Sickooooo๐๐๐๐
hahahaha Eric drew a ding ding lol
One of my favorite cars on SMA this is a treat
Dick and balls minus the balls.
Fun video t watch even though Iโm a couple of years after everyone else. The black box left of the fuse panel in the passenger footwell is probably the body control module.
Push the long hose up from the bottom and you don't have to push much, duh.
After market ,huh,I remember someone saying some rather rude comments about after market "junk" ,making their job harder, hmmm, can't put my finger on the name, but I'm sure it will come to me.
Looks like a male thingy.
You've drawn a picture for us on the board twice that I know of and Josh is running that dang impact wrench both times,do you time this on purpose just for laughs?
you let me down eric! installing aftermarket CRAP! SHAME ON YOU!
That's a pecker port lol!
Is it just me, or does the design on this exhaust system seem to be made the most difficult way possible to install. Why use vacuum actuators and not an electric solenoid?
This is why I made sure to get a Grand Sport with the Dual Mode Exhaust (NPP). Granted it opens the exhaust up at 3000 rpm, I pulled the 10a fuse that allows it open full time.
I dont understand why Chevy made the Grand Sport and left the NPP as an option and not standard on that model.
Eric no after market?
Exh mdl might stand for exhaust module ๐ค
