Wheel falls off…. i wonder why maybe it's because you are using a impact gun to tighten your wheel lugs. They have a specific torque you put on them if you put it down too tight with that impact gun, the stud will lose its elasticity therfore going offroad stud will snap 😂 plus if you have a 8 lug you can have 6 lugs on it and if you have a 6 lug 4 lugs is plenty of nuts so please rethink about it they only made them differently on bigger trucks and more studs just because they know people are gonna be hard on them some cars guess what have only one lug look at the race cars like come on
Ps personally I'd be a pissed off customer if I saw you only use a impact on my shit like that at least confirm you use your torque wrench to put it down fully most trucks like a expedition lugs are at 98 foot pounds

Actually I think you do need to worry about their nuts. Once you removed the wheels you basically own them and are responsible for them, sending a vehicle out missing 1 lug nut is bad but 4 come on don’t show people this is ok. Probably missing his wheel locks. But even if you need to provide them for free it’s better than having your insurance cancelled for negligence once it gets through the court process

Are those the correct nuts for those wheels. It’s hard to tell definitively, but it looks like the wheel holes have tapered seats thus requiring tapered lug nuts.

That gun hits about 12 to 1400 fp and the torque specs prob call for 100 to 110
