I'm probably going to be staked to the ground in the desert next to an ant hill and covered in honey for this but nevertheless here goes.
In my opinion the construction and attention to detail are extraordinary and truly worthy of accalade, but leaf springs and stiff axles are Flintstones's era technology. To me all the space age design that was clearly used in the design, fabrication and construction of the chassis members is let down by the prehistoric suspension and running gear.
If it used active hydro-pneumatic suspension with a formula 1 like drive train with both kinetic & thermal energy recovery systems along with a plethora of other technologies we take for granted on everyday mass produced vehicles then it would truly something to behold.
