I really wish I could find a good mechanic like Ray locally! I took my F150 with 162000 miles on it to the local Ford shop to get an estimate on the timing chain, guides, gears and phasers. They told me they don't mess with those and just replace the engine…WTF!
Yaaaaaaaay!
I must say I'm a FAN
I really enjoy these videos!
WOW very interesting super kool ,1st class great info.,, AAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++ again great video I liked it a lot ,keep up the great work.
Love these videos, No need to spare us the “boring” parts. One of the things I love about your videos is you can see the real struggle and it doesn’t make everything look “easy”. Keep up the good work!
What, no rattle can on the whole diff after oil, and seal change ??? Lol
We use studs on the race car diff so we don't have to be so careful when we're crunching for time putting the cover back on.
Should have chromed the cover …….. Lol
I am getting addicted to these videos, they are soooo good and teach so many things for the DIY like me. Thank you!
I know this is 2 months late but I had just one small question. When you did the evap to replace the service ports for the ac did that get addressed? Just wondering
Hey Ray, Tony here from Liverpool UK. Not long started viewing your vid's and find them very informative. Keep em coming, regards.
Well Ray, it appears you have touched many lives with these videos, and that makes me feel very good 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Hope to meet you someday down the road 🤠
Maybe someone used an impact hammer on the fan and caused it to wobble.
Weird that the thing knocks when started till you changed the fan
You need to tell WatchWesWork not to watch your channel or first thing you know he is going to be selling the farm and moving south- rust and salt, poor guy
Another great series..
i said gravity when he dropped us.
What about the A/C?
Why not make a tool for the fan instead of air hammer
we fell down, had better view.
Good job one pat on back coming your way
So the unasked question that we viewers need to know… what was the candy that the owner gave Ray?
i was waiting for you to do the alignment…those were the fun ones but i had a few tricks up my sleeve that even the dealers wanted to know how i did them…..maybe another video Ray!!!!
i trust my mechanic so whenever he suggests me something that has to be replaced or repaired, i let him do it that is why I've never been in any kind of trouble. always listen to your mechanic guys if you trust them.
Brilliant informative video. Keep it up and thanks.
Love the stupid shit you say periodically….Gravity 🙂
🖒🤠
Brilliant. Love your work. Worked with a few bush mechanics so it's good to see you have pride in your work.
another fine job done well…
Do you own the shop?
why was this titled your last job?
You do it nice, because you do it twice.
How would washing the engine with a water hose ruin the engine? Do people not realize that the engine gets way more water from driving in the rain than the water hose.
Now customer is going to say now my car sounds like a jet engine, because he forgot what it originally sounded like.
You forget to prefill the fan before installing it. It's going to have air in the system.
You are amazing sir. I would love to have you work on my 1999 suburban. Need a powersteering pump and steering rack. Let me know where your shop is at
How much?
What would happen if you bolted the on backwards ?
Yeah… fuck that fan design. I’m in the electric camp.
Not sure what the fan is mounted to on this vehicle. However on mine it was mounted to the front of the water pump. So when the clutch went bad on the fan, out went the water pump.
Course the shop I took it to was more of a three stooges skit. They replaced the water pump twice, before I as the customer did a bit of Google fu and told em to try replacing the fan and clutch. problem fucking solved with that.
Good job….
Way to go on assembly of Fan clutch, also Have a Great Day, 👍
I have been watching you for a while now and It amazes me the people who bring their own parts in and want you to install them, I think this is like taking food to a resurant and asking them to prepare your meal with it. keep up the great content thanks for making me smile when the phone rings..😀
why not get a head camera fitting so you can have two hands to work with
oddd..I've already seen all this of replacing the fan clutch
Wow word of the enisiative when they let u
Makes you wonder if a blind person could be used as diagnostic tool.
So u need to buy all tools/code readers etc by uself? 🙂
Too much to show lol
Reeeee POST? Nope. This was available though a link before, but never posted live. Hope that clears things up.
