Dude you have some serious coin invested in those toolboxes and tools, you must feel like a proud dad owning the blue wall and it's contents.
I saw a comment somewhere about tool liability and insurance. I am curious about how that would work. There's a shop near me that BURNED I mean toasty. All the mechanics tools would likely have been lost. Who pays to replace all that stuff
could possibly take the casters off and stack it like a hutch on your other 4s i personaly run a black 6s 3 bay but never enough storage lol

When I'm helping a friend and he needs a tool, he'll say which box, and which drawer the tool is in. To organize is to be efficient with your time. Oh and thank you for placing the positive battery post cover back on the terminal. Remove fire hazard.
I know the feeling. I have a pair of blue Craftsman tool drawers, and if I want to add to my collection and not have it clash, I have to get lucky or repaint one. So I've just been using an old dresser for my 3rd tool box.

Hey Ray! I've watched enough of your videos now to consider you one of my closest and dearest friends, hope you feel the same. Curious, why do they have the phone ring in the shop area if they know none of you are going to answer it? Is it just to annoy you or is it some sort of cruel psychological experiment? I'm sure if the front desk needs to get a message to one of the technicians that they can page you or rap on the 'fishbowl' glass and point to whoever is in trouble now.

A hack for toolbox liners: go to a discount store and get yoga mats 4, 5, 6 mm and cut them up! . Fashion colors too. Tjmaxx, Tues morning etc

Ray, Ray, Ray,,, Um, I detect a kink in your logic. Just a few days ago didn't you advise not clearing codes unless a repair had been made, as you could not determine an intermittent problem. But today the customer is taking his car back to where the work was done presumably on his transmission along with an oil change and you sprayed away any evidence of leakage after tightening. the suspected leaking plugs. Now the other mechanic may deny that there is any leak.
That's OK though, we love you anyway and I have made bigger mistakes than that.

All Japanese cars are metric. I learnt this in my first year as an apprentice. I've been doing cars for 15 years now and I live in Australia we converted to metric in the 70's I believe but there were still plenty of older cars when I was an apprentice. Now I mainly work on 2015 or newer cars here.

I remember a video you made where you were changing the oil in a car that had antifreeze mixed with the oil and after you removed the drain plug the oil kept coming and starting leaking onto the floor ! For the life of me i can't figure out why you were trying to clean up that mess with shop rags Instead of using oil dry ?
