Ray and I clearly saw the same episode of Modern Marvels. Here's another fun fact, the Alcoa factory that they showed in that episode is two miles from my house!
Extravagant to install a mix of Oxygen/Nitrogen/Carbon Dioxide when you could have just used regular air, which would have been cheaper.
It was only flat on the bottom 🤣🤣
That fun fact actually saved me thought time every time I use aluminium foil yessssss!!! I can happily reclaim part of my brain today. Thank you very much good sir. Okay so you did miss a click but you were already so close to click you left it safe and sound. Cliiiiiicckkkkkk! I been saying it while working with nephew and he's like "what's this click stuff?"
if you werent left handed before…you are now!
Schtarting das auto? Nein, schtarting mine auto!
It's a nice break to do house call
Well it's great to see that there are others out there like myself they will help others still . The world has gone cold hearted with all that's going on
Could have backed in. Those jacks are heavy.
I am guessing most of your followers like myself tend to be analytical and are curious critters. So fun facts fit in.
I never get that lucky to have a part in stock.
Missed lugnut torquing, so Ray can return, finish job and enjoy a beer with customer. 👍👍☺️
I wanna see the limo on a lift
You’re a good man Charlie Brown
u missed one
The foil fun fact was good. Manufacturing processes are no longer part of American consciousness. Everybody can make a movie, few know how anything more complicated than a sandwich is made.
The untorqued lug nut could have been worse, I towed a boat and trailer 100 miles on three lug nuts and the 4th was stuck on with sikaflex to disguise it.
It was a one way trip and the owner didn't want to replace the hub or studs
The shiny side of aluminum foil wraps around the blown fuse
Gosh that floor jack is not That heavy… I hope you didn't loose the valve stem core.
If a man can’t pull off his own tire and fix the problem, is he even a man?
who ever balanced that tire originally doesn't know how to counter balance a tire
I enjoy all of your videos, I do appreciate you providing that service for this particular gentleman.
you must be tired by now
I do not do House Calls. Does House Call!
Fantastic Human Being!
Hey add me to the list of folks who are gonna tell thank you for doing this for that man. USAF did 10 years I was jet engine mechanic, loved building jet engines. : ) Yes I did subscribe, did that a few video's ago. Trivia I was raised in Northwest Florida FWB : )
Doing the house call was a solid thing to do!!! Good man…..
Ray,
We have been watching you repair videos for a while and just wanted to say you are awesome. Your repairs are clean, precise and fun to watch a real pro at work. Please keep those videos coming. I'm sure you have an incredible number of people watching a true professional mechanic.
Another requirement of my realtor when moving to Florida….I gotta be close to where Ray is working..😂
"Sorry Juan, GTA…..!!"
Oopsie!
I'm not a fan of your aluminum foil conspiracy theories, okay?
And this is why I say if I need my car fixed I'm driving to Florida. I don't trust anybody now because I know you're out there. Nobody's touching my vehicles but you
This is why everybody loves you Ray. You take great care and your people. Not your customers but your people. All I can do is praise you I'm sitting here shaking my head and disbelief that people still do this. You still only happen when I was a child.
I appreciate that you clicked the valve stem dust cap. It may have flown off otherwise.
Hmmm. As a rider, I avoid sharp objects On my bike. As cool as those handlebars are, those would install a serious dent on your person. I'm just saying.
Be safe cuz drivers just don't "SEE" riders sometimes.
👍😁
Salute !
From a vet a long way away !
I saw it too.I worked in the engineering department of the FDA and we tripled checked our work before submitting reports to the supervisor. Good habits ingrained in me.
good job remembering the jack stand
Ray you missed torqueing the wheel nut at 2pm 😟
Why didn't you give the customer back his fancy chrome and green valve cap.
Hope you didn't charge the customer for the tire change. Cause he is a veteran a d retired cop.
👍👍👍
Hey man hope your day's great and hope it continues to be good but hey commend you on helping a officer and get to be honest that's great but have good one man can't wait tell the next one
Only a good man admits his errors or mistakes… You have the best videos on YouTube….I felt awful for you when you had to deal with that dog hair video you made,,, omg, should get double pay or hazard pay for stuff like that….Keep up the great videos….
Does the owner not have a spare tyre?
Good job Ray from Ont Canada
Great reasons to assist this gentleman. Congrats.
Looks like a nice city to winter in!
I've been watching your videos for several months now and echo the sediments of others regarding your hard work and honesty…some times hard to find in the industry.
I missed a lug nut when doing the final torque on the wheel 😬. So I left one at 60-ish lbs and not 100
