In this video we have a look at this 2001 Nissan Sentra that has a broken HVAC controller. It is an easy fix with a couple of zip ties! We also have a look at the vibration that is coming from the blower motor when it is turned on high speed. Lucky for me there was no dead mouse this time. Oh yeah, we also top off the A/C and find a leak in the high pressure hose. -Enjoy!

An honest man is to be watched and adored. This is the best channel on u tube, and I would drive to Avoca to get my car fixed. Thank you Eric and Mrs. O.
In my experience plastic parts are easier to remove once you bleed on them !
Another great video.😀
I miss my manual 1.8 liter Sentra. 2003 model year. This video reminded me of that car. She was fun to drive!
Ever since my zone selector failed, my AC has been stuck on. Switch lights still come on and off.. Can't imagine what's up with it. While it broke in the position that sets it blowing through the front vents, the selector IS stuck on windshield. it allowed it to turn that far before the dreaded metallic clink noise of the clip falling out happened… Does that run AC on automatically?
Why don't you put fitter before close glove compartment not professional
Second time watching A+
This guy is great
I'd epoxy it
I wouldn't want to work with a lady in the waiting room. Take her home and call her when it's done.
Put a glove on.
I first read the title as..
Nancy Sinatra: stuck on dryer
Time to stop the SMA binge and go to bed.

Great Mr owe. Loved every minute of it
It’s pine straw. Just pine straw
Thanks! I recently purchased an old beater like this, my blower motor has that same vibration and I was looking for the damn cab filter, this video is awesome ! Thanks again!
Great video , had the same issue , fixed it like you. Instead used electrical tape to tie it instead of zip tie to hold it in place !!
You just saved me a trip to the shop! Thanks for the awesome video and explanations
Probably has a poker card on the spokes of the blower motor hahaha
No good vibrations just bad vibrations 🤔 me thinks I’m getting inspiration for a song title just hope no one has thought of this before
You wear rubber gloves while scanning a car but don't when expecting to grab a hold of a mouse ?
Thank you so much
It is pretty cool that you take into consideration that someone may not have the money to do that repair. You still do your best for that customer.if this covid-19 continues you may want to teach yourself 3D printing for situations like this!
I wonder if tacking that cable with a hot glue gun, or JB Weld would have worked?
he did say it had no filter did he put one in?
My 08 caravan has a real hard time switching from vents to defrost and floor.i can hear the motors trying to move but i have to hit different buttons for 20 minutes to just get it back to where i want it,maybe i will take it apart now.
I have a 2005 sentra and have the same problems! Thanks for the informative video!
thanks so much for this video! I was able to resolve my issue. I wonder how much money I saved, anyone know?
I had a sentra with the same problem on the one end i did basically the zip tie fix on the other i epoxy the outer cable to the housing an it held up till i blew up the motor
I wonder who the 26 Dickless wonders are who gave this a thumbs down………….
One of the things that sets Eric and other skilled mainantics (joke) apart is unplugging the 100s of electrical plugs you encounter. This seem like a simple thing but is not. They are fragile and have locking tabs that are hard to manipulate. Strong finger are a must as well. Good job as always
your wife has smaller hands let her reach up in there to clean out the mouse nest. see how far that flies.
It’s not stupid if it works lol
Cool beans !
I’m pretty sure my climate controls in my car are run off of vacuum. When I turn the zone dial I hear air then the blend doors move
good luck finding that hose
Thank you so much I literally followed every step and fixed it. Thanks again.
They make a plastic sleeve now. That goes over the cable. Then you super glue it under the metal tab. It ain't moving. Same for Ford Vans door cables. But they are metal that replace the plastic ends that just fall off over time. As the cable for Fords is $260.00 for 2 cables…
Can u please show a video on a NISSAN CUBE 2009 My daughter's car ac only blows thru the defrost when it was blowing very well and cold on high..I hope u can help.
