This car is not new to the SMA Channel as a matter of fact it was in several months ago to fix the engine light and we did a video on it : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9W8O1Ejc8s and that was when we noticed how much other work it needed. Including, broken rear springs and bald tires! The customer also wanted us to replace the front struts and rear shocks while it was in, so welcome to the shop, kick back, grab some pop corn and a soda and lets go get this job done and ship it!

Well I would like to see how hard it is to do the mounts on my 2009 3.6L aura XR I'm pretty sure there's 3 of the motor mounts are pretty much all the way gone I can move the motor and transmission all over in the car I've got some health issues about me I'm going to half to do it though. No choice about that! I was just curious how you would go about doing it. You make it look so easy. I'm sure I got some years on you but it think I can manage thanks I like your show.

If the top of the rear tire is tipped in and bottom out and wearing in the inside of the tread. It’s most likely the bottom control arm. It looks good to the eye until you compare it to the new one.

Just did this on a 2008 Pontiac G6, struts, shocks, swaybar links, inner/outer tie rods on factory parts. The flats are a pure nightmare on the outer tie rods and swaybar links, had to use lots of mapp gas and vice grips to get them off, same with the back shocks. That was a pure nightmare in 90 degrees in the sun. Lol.
I would have liked to have seen the alignment, I've never done an alignment before. Great video again as always. Thank you

will the control arm or bushings cause the g6 to fall out of alignment on the rear?? 6r in other words, will my tires look slant towards the top and maybe the rear wheel bearings are shot as well.

Yep me too last one of those I seen was one my niece had bought and her bf swerved and hit a cement block and busted the oil pan and drove it home and wasted the motor do to a huge window in the oil pan from the cement block.
