Hi.. Great vids… I recently subscribed.. im wondering where you got the wiring diagram from… I plan on replacing the blower motor… heater core… and NOW… THE RESISTOR… ON MY 06 06 GRAND CARAVAN EXT…
All other positions work as intended (they give me 12dc volts when selected, otherwise they give me zero) but high fan doesn't. When high fan is selected it gives me 12v DC but when I switch to another position, it gives me 10v or 9v… What can that be? Does that probably mean that my resistor works properly? Thank you very much
Helpful guy who's good at electrical trouble shooting… you can tell. Understands wiring and diagrams. Made this job understandable and a breeze to do. Thanks!
My 2007 caravan was not kicking the A/C blower on. I live in Florida 😅. Needless to say ….. while driving and watching this video I might have or haven’t kicked the area under / behind glovebox and ⚡️ 🧊 ❄️ 💨 the AC blower is fully basting!!!! Thanks
We are blessing you by 10,000 blesses, watching other videos this morning watched you for 3 minutes had my wife knock on the deal underneath her dash and the heater started working again you sure are an amazing mechanic and if you were hearing Eugene Oregon I would be coming to you all the time God bless you God bless your business God bless your hands God bless your family God bless people around you people who know you God bless you God bless you God bless you God bless you!!!!!!!
mine doesn't have a fulltime power when I check the input plug itself, but somehow it does have power on the plower side when I check it. what could be wrong please?
Dumb question here: As a rule of thumb should you just go ahead and replace the blower as well? I mean a month passes and it goes out then you're back under there again?
Ty very much. This video saved me labor fees. Unfortunately I'd already bought my blower motor (cuz my heat went) …then I saw tbis video n was like shit …it might not even be the motor! Sure enough it was the resister…under 20 bux I'm happy. Thanx again
Exactly what i needed. Thank you so much for the clear step by step process. I replaced the blower motor first but no luck and wasnt sure what to check next. Saved days of trying to figure this out!
If the blower motor resistor is bad it also needs a blower motor , the motor has overloaded the resistor and took it out so with that being said replace both resistor and motor at the same time
My blower just quit running. Wasn't sure if it was a switch, resistor or fan motor. Took a chance as this video made it easy to replace and was a cheap part at AA in stock. Took longer to pay for the part than to install! Thanks for the helpful video! Cost me $17 plus gas to repair.
so I had already changed the resistor and the motor, checked the relay and that's not it. the back blower works so i switched the back tot he front , nothing, i put the front to the back and it worked!!! not the relay not the blower not the resistor crap!!! need help
G'Day Eric from sunny warm Queensland Australia. Just bought a 2005 Chrysler Grand Voyager with, you guest it, no functional blower motor. Found your video and I did it too. Motor blower works well, now to get cold A/C out of it. probably just a re-gas after some 300000 Klms. your video and a $20 part fixed it.
OK I replaced the resistor and control panel…I still cant get my directional functions to work(every setting comes out all the vents)…What could my problem be??
Concise and easy to follow. Very well made video.

Great job. Good explanation of what everything should be doing Should make my job of replacing my resistor easy. Thank You 😊
I had a problem with my blower motor resistor in that it would only blow high (2003 DGC). Simple fix, even you could do it.

Beat video ever. Would of never known what you showed me..thank you.
Fixed it .heat blower works..lol
Ok I have this problem, just replaced the resistor but still nothing, does this mean it's the blower motor? How do I replace
This worked for my 05 town and country after my blower just would not turn on one morning $16 fix! Thanks a lot!!
Did not know u could test a resister cable like that thanks for the knowledge .
mine doesn't have a fulltime power when I check the input plug itself, but somehow it does have power on the plower side when I check it. what could be wrong please?
Question: I did the trick by tapping on the bottom and the blower turned on. What does this mean? All the speeds worked fine once I did the tap trick.

You are awesome thanks
It worked 💪thank youuu

Excellent video. great step by step presentation.

Thank you
This Video Helps me a lot !!
Good video
You are invited to the Carne asada..thanks a lot,
Waiting on parts to come I have this same problem, thanks for the video
Dude, God bless your heart ! I tried the first thing ¥OU did. H@! I put my fist to it a couple times and it worked !
ThanX.. it's starting to get colder.
Where is the blower motor resistor on a 2017 Dodge Caravan? I did not see it in the same spot in the year you worked on.
Thank you for making the video preciate it work exactly save this probably hours
Great detailed video, thanks!
Thank you! Very clear explanation on troubleshooting.
where can i go to find the schematic for the wiring?
Will be trying this in my 2012 jeep liberty. U explained it very well. Thx!
Great video , I have a Ford F150 replaced the Resistoe pack , it lasted three days now I have to check the Blower motor amperage .
If the blower motor resistor is bad it also needs a blower motor , the motor has overloaded the resistor and took it out so with that being said replace both resistor and motor at the same time
What does it mean when you hit it with your hand and it starts working again? Does that mean its the blower motor or resistor?

The resistors on a 2015 Chrysler 200 and a 2015 Dodge Dart are totally NOT the same. Not hating just wanna clarify
Thanks. You're the only one who eliminated the possibility of fan speed selector being bad.
Thanks buddy

Perfect how-to. Concise and easy to follow. Solved my ac fan issue in 5 mins for less than $20! Thank you!

Didn't fix my issue. I replaced the resistor.I think I need to replace the blower motor
