I am a fan of pulling the spindle and using the press to get them out and put back in………usually the fastest way i have found

  8. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Phillip Lopez says:

A knife edged bearing puller plate is in order.

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars William Morris says:

Idda used a grinder wheel and tried to cut a notch in the race. But I’ve split those with grinder wheels then used a chisel to bust it on the split

  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Keeping Up says:

A slide hammer? That would be Toy Story 5.

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars FireoftheGreeks says:

Honestly you should have bent the shit out of the backing plate just for old times sake LOL.

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars 1mantisco says:

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars William Mason says:

I got the older one just got the new one for the tool to get the hubs off and the update pieces my older one doesn’t have

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars William Kiĺl says:

I’d be able to remove ten of those outer races off the hub by the time you gave up with pullers
Slice a groove I. The fuckin thing with a cut off wheel
Large cold chisel in the slot
Hit chisel with mini sledge and it splits the race
    Pull off hub with fingers

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Norm Sebby says:

Not even using a vice to hold work or a hyd press to reinstall….sheesh….

Respectfully, once again you are warping the brain of viewers expecting good methods…..where is your bearing puller and your hydraulic press….??

  30. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars ** says:
