Wives never really understand or appreciate the experience !!!! Way better than a Macy's 10 floors department store full of women's clothing, purses, blouses, jackets, sweaters and Lingerie !!!!! Hot cars, bucket seats, floor shifters, mag wheels, leather seats, CD players and instrument clusters !!!! Yee Haw !!!! We become like a little kid in a candy store !!!!! I agree with you, Eric !!!! Why I Love the Salvage Yard !!!!! ๐ฅฐ๐โค๐ง๐บ
Just because it doesn't make sense to us doesn't mean it didn't make a lot of sense to someone. If we knew what this car was used for, then it might make sense.
When the boss used to take me to the boneyard to hunt for parts he would always get mad at me because I'd find a car and explore it from stem to stern imagining the history of the vehicle, who bought it, who drove it, who wrecked it, did somebody die in it, did somebody love this car? Every car is a story.

Found all my parts at the scrap yard for my first truck. I could barely afford insurance back in those days. There was always something laughable in the scrap yard. Haha. ๐.

Bet the cars more stories than most. Looks like she was fun for someone
We have something similar called tear apart out here, and the car I wanted to pull from was gone within a day ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
That transmission will never overheat while this car plows through a crowd of zombies. Whoever built this is a forward thinking individual.
now that a deer bar .
Hope you smart enough not leave that behind lol .
Looks like it was somebodyโs tow rig lol!
This thing is *a treat*!
Jelly of that 'cow catcher' push bar.
Been wanting a bull bar on my Korean Wagon ๐
I get the feeling whoever built this, and I would get along.
That car has hundreds of dollars of dot reflective tape on it…
That thing is so absurd it would've come home with me on a trailer.

These "shorts" in vertical format drive me crazy. But this video is great!
It's even got the chubby rubber
SHE'S NOT HALF BAD! ๐
Very important that the number plate can be read at night from a block away, apparently.
I can smell the smoldering Dex-Cool in that video.
Mental illness
What ever happened to the proposed demo derby car build with stuntman? I think that car is calling you Eric!
I LOVE going to the junkyard… You never know what you're gonna see….
I used to live in Westfield PA . I really do miss that place .
That push bar would look bitchin' on the Tundra…lol๐๐๐จ๐ฆ
It had the handymanโs secret weapon, Red Green would be proud to drive it.
Just knew the ol duct tape would be in it!
Always up for a trip to Wilbert's!
Looking like someone was sleeping in that Malibu!!!! Have a great weekend and say hello to Mrs O!!!!!!

Hidden treasures you canโt find anywhere else ๐
Eric, you're sounding more and more like Cameraman. Wonder if Cameraman and Stuntman are going to visit SMA some time soon.
I sure wish we had this type of junkyard in my area. All we have are guys behind a counter that seem like you are a bother asking for parts.

They at least doubled or maybe even tripled the value of the car when they applied all the DOT conspicuous tape. ๐๐
Maybe on meth
I want to meet the guy who built that.
You may come to work some morning and it will be in your parking lot with a long list of repairs to be done
I to enjoy going to the local U pull it yard๐ค๐๐ค๐
Great video!!
That car was from the original Mad Max. ๐คฃ
Wouldn't that be a deer catcher in your part of the PRNY?
DOT can't fault them for not having enough reflective tape! ๐คฃ
This thing is beautiful
LOL!!!!
That's not an impala, that's the tweakermobile 5000
