There seems to be some questions of my Integrity folks. A couple of people sent me some nasty emails about the Subaru subframe saying that I was ripping the person off because you can't fail for surface rust in New York state and that is a true statement. However, when the side of the subframe is completely Swiss cheese and you can stick your Hammer through it on both sides, well, that you can fail for, trust me. same thing here.
Completely rotted out. You can see straight through it. so I guess before you judge my character and rectitude, rest assured folks, I don't change those things for the fun of it.

here is the fun thing with inspections you can fail a car if you deam it unsafe and that is unsafe. Just because it will pass by the letter of the law dosen't mean you are doing the person any favors by passing an unsafe car, if they don't like it take it to someone else.
