In this video we're performing some upgrades to the engine air intake and turbo piping on a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 SRW with the 6.6 Duramax Turbo Diesel. The customer has supplied us with a Banks Power intake with extra large filter as well as a Banks turbo pipe kit for the L5P Duramax. The turbo pipes are a larger diameter than the stock components and the turbo air inlet horn and Banks air filters massive size will reduce air restriction to the compressor inlet. In upcoming videos we install a Banks Ram air rear diff cover with Amsoil lubricant a Banks Power DPF back exhaust. Next will be a Banks iDash and Derringer Tuner, with Pedal Monster

Customer Customer States Mechanic Fails Engine Transmission Gas Diesel off road race 4x4 street car daily driver scam dealership dealer technician how to

Hello everybody! Good day to you and welcome back! Glad you guys are here! This is a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 35 I think it's 3 500 Yeah, 3500 with 66 Duramax and Allison Transmission uh customer States Parts are in the vehicle and they brought a lot of parts. A lot of parts. there's an entire back seat full of Parts there's a lot of them say Banks power on the boxes I think we've got a Banks exhaust I think I've got a bank stiff cover I've got some Amsoil I've got a fuel system lift pump in here, some gauge pods. looks like there's an intake over there in the front seat and probably a bunch more stuff uh, down below underneath of all these uh, these piles here.

So what we are going to do is we're going to install all these really cool aftermarket go fast goodies. We're gonna wake up this L5p Duramax it's gonna sound good. it's gonna make Power starting Z engine. We're gonna put a pedal monster on it I think we're going to install some eye dashes similar to the ones that are in my uh, my, Silverado and uh, whatever else is inside of this thing.

We're gonna get that stuff installed too. All right, let's get our windows down until our AC climate control starts waking up to cool off this cabin. It's a little warm in here. it's been out in the beautiful sunshiny Florida weather all day.

What do we got on our odometer here? It looks like 72 158 miles on the clock. Not bad, not bad at all. So a full disclosure from this point forward: I'm really not certain exactly how much of all this stuff right here. we're going to get installed today.

so this may end up being a a multi-part series. I I Do not. uh, don't know. I Don't think I can get through all this stuff today.

Like I said, we got an exhaust and intake a bunch of electronical stuff to install. So uh, this may end up being a multi-part series. Don't want to hit my lawnmower trailer? I Have to put blades on the mower today. They're bent.

one of them's bent, they make noise and they're kind of, uh, they're eroded. The ends of the blades are all worn away and super. Jagged And they're highly ineffective. So I had to order some new ones from the interwebs.

Anyway, that is inconsequential information to the topic of this video. so let's get back on point. We're gonna go ahead and notice this thing in. we're gonna give it a quick look around, see what, uh, if she needs any actual mechanical repairs which I don't think it does.

It's fairly low mileage and this is a heavy duty unit, but you never know what you might find. so we're gonna give it a quick look around. We're gonna pop the hood and uh, we're gonna see where we're gonna get started. Oh, Dave's gonna drive us in Thanks Dave right? I Think we're good right here.

We're good right there buddy. I'm not going up in the air. we're good. Thank you sir.

Parking is the auto power down look in. rear seat reminder. Hmm, it's a shame we've come to that. Yep, there's stuff in the rear seat.
Okay, all right let's hop out, unload, all these goodies and see what we got to work with here. Up going back in I Forgot popsy Hood big old front end. see we got in here under the bonnet. Yepper that's our L5p.

Duramax Very nice unit. okay looking good in here. Well since we're here and we're under the hood, we have to get started somewhere. Maybe we can go with the intake system first and then we'll start from the front and go to the back.

That seems to be a reasonable, uh, reasonable path. Uh to pursue this, uh, this, uh, component installation I Was going to call it a repair, but we're not really repairing anything. Okay Like A Banks power Christmas Time unpackaging? uh session over here I've got uh I didn't unpack the exhaust I did unpack. uh, unpack all the charge air tubing.

So I've got a hot side pipe set and a cold side pipe set. Then we've got the ram air intake with the very very large Banks air filter. This is the diff cover that goes in the rear axle. Uh, let's see what else do I have here I've got all some clamps and some Hardware all of the uh the rubber components designed to join together all the piping and tubing and this is, uh, just part of this, uh, the intake system.

I've got some more in the Box down here. that's the air filter housing the elbow for the intake bracket or for the intake rather, and over here in those boxes, there's some electronical stuff I think there's some eye dashes in there, a pedal monster, and I think there's a Derringer tuner set up in there. That Derringer tuner is probably worth its own video, so we are probably not going to unbox that today. But I think what I'd like to get done uh is going to be the intake and the Uh the turbo Plumbing component.

So we're going to remove the old pipes and we're going to put on these new pipes. and then that old intake manifold or intake Plumbing is going to come off. and uh, I'm gonna put the new stuff on that as well. So we'll have a new intake and filtration system and our turbocharger will have new intake and and exit pipes down to and from its intercooler.

So we're uh, we're gonna make this thing breathe a little bit better. Let's go ahead and roll our parts package around over here and uh, we're gonna get started. And Troy said I was silly for buying this little uh, this cart right here because I have that cart and those carts and that one and that one over there. there's a bunch of cards but he said I was silly for buying this cart I disagree.

It's an excellent Parts display part. what do you guys think works for me? I like it. Okay, before we get started though, real quick intermission. let's pan over here to our Subaru who's been here up spillage Subaru has been here uh for months through that Fulton broken bolt scenario and this morning the fellas got it back in the car.

so I did the timing work on it. We fixed all the broken uh, broke the studs in the engine block at the water pump I fixed the bolt that I broke for the timing belt tensioner and now it's back together. Yay! So all we need to do is let it run for a while and we'll recheck it for leaks. The guys are just getting the uh, the fluids and whatnot refilled and eventually we'll have that thing back on the road.
Super excited! Okay, we're all prepped up and set up. I Think let's uh, let's start disassembly. I'm going to, uh, remove our electrical connections from our intake and we're going to start unbolting this air box right here. It's a two-piece air box.

There's the filter side and then there's the housing side down below. All this stuff gets saved and put back in the other boxes in case it needs to go back on the car. You never know. all this uh equipment here is emissions compliant, but if this car ever gets resold or truck rather, if it ever gets resold, the other owner may not want to have uh Power adders or Aftermarket accessories on their vehicle.

So we're going to save all this stuff and return it. That bolt fell down. We're going to return everything except for that one bolt that I just lost is that one? But we stuck on here. Oh I know there's another bolt back here hiding in the shadows.

Who knew the shadow noob. Okay, so our filter box is disconnected. Let's check the air filter element. Pretty good.

look at that. It's brand new. Almost okay. taking a look a little farther.

Downstream We've got one clamp here. Clamps are tubing to our turbo inlet to get that guy disconnected. Pull it off right here too. Oh, you're stubborn, aren't you? Come out all right? One more good tug here.

Oh there we go. That one's off. How about this other piece? Wiggle it there. We go here.

I'll just put some blue towels down on that intake right there so no debris can make its way to the impeller wheel, shoe, or compressor wheeler rather. Now, we need to remove this lower section of this air box. So I think we've got one bolt here. It's probably another one hiding out somewhere.

maybe from the bottom up. Anyway, let's start getting this thing removed and then once this guy's out, we can work on the uh, the cold side cold side pipe That one and the hot side pipe for the turbocharger. wobble. 10 mil coming in and it does not go deep enough.

Non-wobble 10 mil coming in. It's the wrong size. Third time's the charm. I Had an 11 mil.

this is the 10. here we go. Unclick. That was harder than it had to be.

Big time. Okay, now the rest of this thing should just be held in with some rubber grommets. I Don't see any more bolts, so just give it a, give it a tug there and air box is free. Good.

Set this guy aside, package all that stuff up later. Okay, so now we've got a little bit of access to our hot and cold side. Plumbing That's our hot side pipe. I'm sorry cold side pipe.
So uh, let's get this thing disconnected next. and then, uh, we'll see how that new component fits in here. Okay, taking a look at the clamp or whatever on the top of this pipe, it looks like we just got to pull this guy out. Looks like it's two sides, two uh, or two areas where it clamps in.

Pull that guy out. We should. Yep, wiggle that guy right out of position there. Let's put our wire back on so that doesn't get lost.

and there should be a similar clamp down below at the bottom of this pipe. so it'll be a little tough to see. but we're at the bottom of the charge air pipe right here and I'm on that little clip with a trim tool. I'm gonna try to release it and pop this guy out.

I think we're I think it's released. it'll be hard to reach, it's pretty far away. I Gotta have an extended tool just to get down there reaching in. Kind of managed to get the clip out.

Now it's got a wiggle this pipe out of here. There we go. That was easy. Okay, so that's our pipe.

Got that guy out. Okay So we've got one of the pipes here and I have deduced that this pipe is going to be our hot side cold side pipe I Can't keep I can't get that right. This is our cold side pipe because it has this threaded Fung in it and that is for that intake temp sensor that we saw earlier when we started to disassemble this. anyway.

so we've got our aluminum housing right here. It's got an O-ring inside of it. This is what's going to plug into the intercooler down below. So let's go ahead and get these clamps set up and tight and then, uh, we'll get this on and then we can get the pipe down in there and then we'll clamp that pipe into position.

Got to make sure these clamps are perfect and you don't have to make sure. But I'm going to because this is a lot of very nice high-end performance parts and I need it to look good because if I install it and it looks all crappy then that makes me look bad and we just we don't want to do that. See, it's pretty good right there. Okay okie dokes, this guy's tight so let's get her down in position down here.

we're gonna reach in and like I said I'm gonna put this uh, this clamp on first for this fitting on first and then uh, we'll put the pipe on afterwards. Reason being is I've got to make sure that these clamps on these fittings are all oriented properly Loud. We'll slide that guy down I Know y'all can't see very well in there. Slide that on almost and came off.

There we go. Got it? that's in position. We'll rotate it so it's indexed properly and now I can still find now I can slip on the little uh little wire clamp thing to secure it all right Back down in this little dungeon. This is the part that's critical.

if I do not get this uh, this little clip on here, then it can cause this boost pipe to come off under load and that would be very very bad. And I think I'm not going to be able to get that in there. This pipe is a larger diameter than the stock pipe so I'm gonna have to get this clamp onto the spitting but not have it seated here. Let's try another tactic here.
It needs to go on and over but can't go into the grooves just yet. If it goes into the grooves, I won't be able to slip it on. Yeah, let's do that. All right.

Going back in slight bit of nervousness because if I touch that retainer ring, it could fall out of orientation. I'll have to start over again. Slip this guy back in. there.

we go. It's good. now. let's clip that ring in I Heard the snap.

let's give it a good tug, make sure that thing doesn't want to come out of there. and I think we're good. All right. So now let's do the next pipe.

Okay, now let's get another band clamp in position over that little uh, that rubber adapter thing on there so we'll get that guy set up right there. We're not going to clamp it yet because there's nothing to clamp it to, so we'll get our uh, our pipe in position next. What we need to do is just slip that down into that rubber business, slide it in, and then we can clamp it on once it's oriented properly. I'm thinking that guy in just like so that's good, felt pretty good.

Okay, okay let's put on this uh, this other little housing uh device right here and we can see it's got this notch in it now that Notch is going to help reference the position of that and I can feel on the back side, there's a like a little Tang sticking out that that Notch is supposed to ride into. So that tells me that this component is going to be oriented in this direction right here. So let's get that thing kind of slid in and in position and then we'll get the pipe on. I think it goes I lost it right about right there.

there we go. Slide that guy up. No, not there. I it didn't go on.

it's close and we try to rotate it towel. gravity see it. I'm wondering if my little Tang's not lining up. Okay, right there.

it's gonna end up being a two-hand operation. and yes, I did put there we go. I did put some dielectric on the O-ring inside of there. it does have an O-ring seal.

I did put that on there to help slide this over. Okay, let's get the retainer ring over this component snapped into position here again. it'll keep that from blowing off. Under Pressure There we go.

So now I need to slip this pipe in, get that all set up and then clamped on, and that side of the pipe is good to go. We also need to decide what direction we want the clamps to point. See, we can't put them on like that because they'll run into the alternator bracket. So I'm thinking probably in this orientation it's going to be best.

It's going to give the maximum amount of space for the working business end of it and it'll give me access to uh, reach and connect everything or tighten it down rather I need to pull this guy back off. Should not have put that on just yet because I can't get the clamp past the Bulge in the center of it that's a an expansion joint. come off rubber. There we go.
That was easy. So I think let's try it like this. let's put them on. so the working end of it is facing that way far away.

Yeah, let's try that. I will index the Uh the banks logo so it looks good. We'll point that at us Orient that properly and then I'll slip on the other clamp to match the one that's already on. I'm gonna slip this guy in and get it.

Uh, get it set up here. wiggle that up. give it a tug here it comes. Oh, to make this flush with the Uh into the housing here, come on a little more.

This is a slightly more difficult than I had anticipated. I Probably should have put some some lube on the other side of this uh bushing here too I won't make that mistake bushing Lube on the Uh this boot I will not make that mistake on the other one for the next one because now I gotta fight all that friction there we go a little bit. that's good. That was hard.

Okay, that's good. Feel it okay. let us, uh, start clamping clamps. I think I'm gonna put it right right in that position there that looks pretty good.

nice and square. Wow. All right, that's good. It's good.

and then next one that fell down, it's got to go in the exact same orientation again. so it looks good right about there. Tighten this guy down, keeping it even along the way. Click.

Very nice all right now. I Need to retrieve my towel that fell down. can't have that getting sucked up in the pan and we've got one more clamp down here. Tighten that one up in this section is good to go.

Oh, it's hot. battery's dead. okay. tight.

squeeze in there with all this uh, hardware and whatnot hanging out. that's good right there. I Think let's get that guy tight socket coming in I Need a longer extension? Okay I know you guys really can't see real well because it's like a dungeon down there. but getting that last clamp tight and then we can go and get the hot side pipe done.

Um, clamp's not running straight there we go. Hold on to it Oh wrong way. All right. I Think we're good.

that's tight clamps even good to go. The pipe is feeling pretty good. all right. So now we need to get that uh air temp probe installed in the bung on this new pipe.

Okay, let's get ourselves out of here for a moment and cool off. It's hot down there and we will need to extract this temperature probe from inside of this pipe and thread it into that new replacement pipe we have. get that disconnected. There we go.

Okay, that'll do and around over here see if it's going to thread in properly. I think we're good. A little close call right here on that fan for fan shroud rather that should be okay. As long as the connector connects and it doesn't run into stuff, we'll be just fine here.
This guy's gonna go like so somehow somewhere there we go. Yep, snap that on. There we go and she is secure and connected. Beautiful.

All right. You know what? I know I Just said we were going to do the hot side pipe but I kind of changed my mind I Would like to just get this side of the truck done and get this intake installed first. there's a there's really no reason to not get this this section set up properly so let's just get our our intake system together and then we can go do the hot side. So basically all I need to do is uh fit The Grommet pegs down into the holes and get the nut set up and put bolt this thing on.

Then we can put the filter on and uh the new Plumbing as well. So I put the grommets back in the Mount And The Grommet that goes here for the bolt. I've got that installed in the bottom of this air box already. so we just slip this guy into that little intake pipe right there, big shoe, reach in and align it.

The bolt hole has now gone through and then our comments in the back which is Flash Light gravity. We just set those grommets up and give this thing a push down like so that's in good position right there. Okay, we've got our little 10 mil bolt that's going to go inside of this air box on that stud that we just uh on the stud and grommet that we just put in with that guy right there. tighten that thing down.

Next wobble coming in I can get it on there. Here we go. Click Okay, let's take our air filter next. I Have found this.

uh, this foam rubber seal inside of the parts kit and I believe that seal is going to fit into the lid of this intake. So let's drop this thing down that fits very nicely into the groove in the air box. So we'll set that thing down, put the seal in place. It's not.

um, it's not an adhesive back seal. it just kind of hangs out and sits in position. So I'm assuming that's where she goes goes right there. and then we can take our lid to check the fitment on this guy.

Thanks! Ram here. So yeah, so our lid is going to sit over top we can bolt that unit on and that that rubber is going to create the seal between the lid and the filter. So this is a very nicely engineered. okay so the majority of this stuff is all in position.

Let's get uh, our blue towel out of our turbo inlet and we can maneuver in our intake tube. I've already taken the liberty of putting the clamps on this I have not tightened them just yet because I need to position them in a direction that I think is uh uh well it looks best actually. Um, over here that is the fitting for the mass airflow sensor. We're gonna have to remove that from the stock stock plumbing and install it in that location right there.

So let's get this thing slipped up and over that turbo inlet and then right over here to our left should slide down over the filter. not exactly set up. Yeah, we got this huge big gap right here. Oh I see what the dealio is I've got that one clamp too tight and that uh, that plumbing is not fitting over the uh, the turbo inlet properly.
take that loose now I should be able to slip it down a little further. Okay, let's try this again. Begin slipping onto that intake now. get on there.

Really good fitment. Um, you know what? Really? not okay I need to take this clamp and flip her around. It was going to run into the AC line. so that's going to come back around this way.

Come here. trying again. Fifth time's a charm there. That's it.

I'm not going to tighten it yet because I need to make sure that thing sits down and flush and bolted on and it all fits properly before. I tighten down the flange so they may have to rotate the thing a little bit. Okay, now this guy. slide down over that filter.

make sure this is all pointed the right way. That's good. And I've got some stainless steel fasteners to bolt this, uh, intake horn down onto that box. Let's go ahead and get these guys started.

Line up the bolt holes. visually. drop that down in there that was threaded. Let's get this next one over here.

I'm going to reach Oh Hang on we're we're off center or something. It's not right here. That one didn't even come close to reaching. Take it back out.

Do it again. Is that better? Yeah, let's try this. We'll get this next one over here that's closest and easiest to manipulate. Thread that one in, give it a little bit of torque.

Then we can get these uh two on the inboard side thank you. So close. it's angled kind of upward this way. I Need to figure out how to make it go a little bit down.

It's just. uh, it's got weird angles going on here with these parts. It might be that Rubber seal in there too. It could just be too thick and it's causing.

oh it's causing this misalignment here. I Know all this stuff is. Got that one there we go and one in the back. Nice.

Okay, all right, that's all bolted in. Good to go. Let's give the rest of this intake stuff some some good Wiggles here. That way it all kind of settles and it sits where we want I Think that's good.

Let's go ahead and bolt this stuff down and get these last couple big clamps tight. Then I think uh, after we put that mass airflow in, we're going to start it and see how it sounds. Click that and then the one in the back over here. So so far this project we've done the uh, the ram air intake to be filtered and we've gotten the cold side turbocharger pipe or intake manifold pipe installed.

Alrighty, let's over to my workbench real fast and get this mass airflow removed. All right coming in with some torques. I Think that's a Torx 20, maybe a 25. We're going to pull this mass airflow out and swap it over to that new intake tube plugger in.

There's also an adapter that goes with this because I Do believe that this thing has been repositioned. If you notice here on this air box, it's over here by the filter, but on that other unit it's uh, it's like over here so we're gonna have to uh put that extension cord on it that came with the bank's kick. then we'll plug her in. We also got some new some new hardware.
so I'm not gonna use that. Pull that guy out, give it a quick inspection. Looks good, smells good. Okay let's get this thing into its home.

Girl up we go and it's gonna plug in Camera Gravity she's gonna plug in I think just like so right there. Very nice. Okay, let's get our screws in position here. That guy started I made the mistake once when I put this uh intake on my truck I tried to reuse the factory screws and found that they were a different thread pitch so we had to use the stainless ones that came with it.

I Don't know what my motivation was to not use the stainless screws, but I found that they did not work. There we go and there is a seal. a little Rubber seal on this mass airflow sensor so that should seal to this. uh this intake very nicely.

Let's see that guy in bottomed out seals look good. screw pick and another click. There you go. Let's find that wire harness that was dangling down where I do I left her I lost it.

Where'd it go? No no no no no where are you plug? You guys see it thought it was. Oh there it is. Got it? Yeah, see that doesn't fit very well. See that it's kind of pinching on this wire.

You can't Uh, you can't be having that. So Banks has this little extension cord device that goes with it. It's gonna plug in right there, snap that guy in, and then we can plug it in right over here. Thanks Mass Air Control Module.

That's what it says. uh I hope this came. It's not just an extension cord I Confess I didn't read the directions I'm not sure what's going on inside of there I'll have to read up on that. Maybe that's part of the Derringer tuner set that I also have I've got a full engine tuner kit in some of the boxes over there that need to go on this anyway.

Let's uh I think we're good to go to start running I will have to take all these wires and bunch them up and put them away nicely and zip tie them so they're You know they're not just walking around. Oh really newly like because that's not okay but uh I can do that? Uh I think tomorrow. um I actually have a confession to make I'm uh, starting to feel that pot right now or I mean I'm hot because it's like a billion degrees outside. but I'm not.

The energy is starting to fall so I think uh what I'm gonna do is probably end up cutting this. Uh, this video a little bit short this time restocking Z engine. she's live. good to go check for any trouble codes real quick.

Nothing showed up so that little control module thing was accepted by the ECM Let's take a look. everything's still looking good. Sounds really good. super throaty.
You guys hear that here? Stay right here. I'll give you some throttles. you can hear what she sounds like even that's the Chevy beef when you shut it off and leave the keys inside of it. Yeah, that thing sounded pretty good I like it.

so that's our intake side. Uh, when we get the exhaust side on there, it's really really going to sound good. but I need to get this hot side pipe installed. uh from the turbo charger down to the intercooler before we end up doing the exhaust.

I'm gonna have to save that one for later. Guys, like I said I'm I'm not feeling so super hot right now so I'm gonna go ahead and close this video out. I'm gonna close the shop I'm going home. so I haven't said all that.

um I apologize for cutting this video. a little shorter than I wanted but uh, just I'm running low on gumption here so here's what it is. So again and as always, thank you guys for watching this video. Certainly hope you enjoyed this video.

A trick I have learned when dealing with these silicone boots is to spray it all with 409 cleaner. It acts like an assembly lube and makes thing easier to assemble and when it dries make the boost stick to the pipes and other things very well.

The horse shoe shaped clip can be put in it's slots before you push it into its final position because the part it clips over has a ramp shape on it so it expands the clip then drops in its groove, the VW/Audi group vehicles use the same kind of clips on their diesel vehicle boost hoses.

  37. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars bill53uk says:

i am really shocked that you do not have any yearly inspection on your car to find out if they are road worthy. In the UK we have a yearly inspection on our cars to find out the problems your car might have . If it fails the inspection you have a mount of days to fix it and bring it back for a pass for another year. you need to pass for to get tax for your car to drive it on the road for another year. The inspection is called a MOT test

  39. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars kiwi Ingenuity says:

So… with the air intake slot facing up, is that designed to collect dirt, dust, stone, water debris from road or is there more to it? Seems a strange setup for the pre filter side to be facing up!

  40. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Paul Kemp says:

Suggestion for the parts display cart: It needs purple velvet cloth instead of the current red material.

It’s the little things like having the clamps all the same. The logo showing and also apologising for the camera angle that makes you different (in a good way) from others. It’s things that I need to start doing when fixing my own car.
    Thank you.

  44. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Paul says:

Did the kit not come with the rubber to cut to length for the vent from the hood?

You can put an intake pipe three feet in diameter but it still narrows down to a four inch throttle body intake.

Try some ACF-50 on the hoses for lubrication and electrical connections for corrosion prevention.

  56. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Stephan Paris says:

Why does Banks use constant tension clamps with such long t-bolts? They're so ugly and need to then be hidden behind the piping.

  69. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Hola! Bill Metzker says:

Very interesting. I have to point out one thing though. You were talking about how the installation looks. The intake ram air fitting wasn't seated quite right, needed to rotate slightly to the left. Not a functional issue, just cosmetic. I do hope that you get to feeling better and look forward to part two.

  70. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Michael Jones says:

I would be careful putting any emissions or tuner anything on vehicles anymore with the EPA cracking down on it. Lot's of businesses have been fined for selling and installing.

  81. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Charles Christos says:

Take care of your health. Might need rest and a lot of water or other good refreshment.

  82. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Chris Robinson says:

Some might not agree with me but I am not a big fan of bolt on horsepower videos. I am sure Banks has made a wonderful kit. I like to see complex problems solved so I can put that in my mental toolbox so if I come across something I can fix it. Not a rich guy nor will I ever be rich enough to have a truck like that not with these car prices much less the upgrades. But I do l like the videos you make and as a mechanic I just find these videos boring unless there is a secret horsepower trick to snow us.

  83. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars James Hedrick says:

I think it is great that your shop is doing so well that you now have two shop assistants and your wife has an office assistant. Growth is good! Out of curiosity, how much experience did Troy have when he was hired? And how much did Dave have? Regardless of how much past experience they bring….they have a great person to learn even more from.
