Old coworker did something similar. Dude forgot to open the valve to waste tank and close the one up top. What resulted was me coming out of the bathroom to see a oil fountain and the poor guy covered in oil desperately trying to make it stop. One of the funniest things I've seen, was worth having to do all the oil and tire jobs while he spent the day cleaning it.
