Alfa romeo had a full range of twin spark engines with 1.4 1.6 1.7 1.8 and 2.0. Difference being that it was a small and a normal size plug/ cylinder.

Itโs common for Chrysler engines to have dual spark plugs, had a 2008 chrystler 300 srt8 and had a 6.4L v8 thing had 16 spark plugs. Whole idea behind it is to help evenly ignite the combustion chamber and is more commonly seen on hemi engines but I could be wrong

2010 Honda insight had 8 spark plugs in a 4 cylinder engine.
BMW M/C Boxers twin R series have 4 sparks for 2 cylinders for a more efficient burn. 2 you can see, two underneath that are harder to find.
Alfa Romeo used two spark plugs per cylinder on their Twin Spark engines. Phenomenal engines. But those engines had two camshafts and variable timing.

ford has a dual plug head on a 2.3L lima engine back in the 90s. I think that head debuted in 1990 or 91. I know that is not the ford 2.3L engine but thought I would share.

I know Mercedes had a V8 with duel plug (16 plugs) in the S class. Not sure if they did that on the 4 bangers.

Plane motors have 2 plugs per cylinders.
Aircraft piston engines use 2 spark plugs per cylinder powered by 2 magnetos, one per set of spark plugs. Only because of Car Mechanic sim I learned some vehicle engines have that too. Interesting seeing a little of the real thing!

I used to have a 1987 Nissan Stanza same thing 8 spark plugs 4 cylinders 2.2 liter engine 5 speed manual transmission. The engine itself had Datsun logo on top. I sure do miss that car because I put almost 450,000 miles on it!!
