  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars bigdaddymak1439 says:

I would definitely would put a lift outside under the canopy for quick services like an oil change or an inspection being you're in Florida

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Anon Imity says:

Ray, don't film your keys in HD!

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Rich Sparkman says:

Number 1 thing to do when demo is to have the dumpster as close as possible you were sure driving a lot. But got the job done way to go. What is your plans for the space

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Dave C says:

A bucket with a grabber would have helped.

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Gareth Williams says:

51 percent professional, 49 percent Florida Man. It worked out fine.

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars NorCal Hobbyist says:

If that hood vent works you could use that as a welding station to suck out fumes. Looking great brother!

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars The invisible man says:

If the mechanic’s don’t work out we know you can do destruction sorry i mean construction 😉

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars The invisible man says:

Dang Ray, all ready? I ❤ it seeing you making more space, means one thing to me.. You are going the right way and are smashing it.. After watching you at the very start it wasn’t that long and i said this guy needs his own shop & i knew you could do it. I know at first you were reluctant to make that move because of the security of your last employment and i know how that feels when you have a family to support and bills to pay. I believe things are mapped out for us in life,, it just depends on the decisions we make to either take one path or another. I knew you would be ok, i’m glad you took that leap of faith, i’m sure everyone on here feels the same. The only people which aren’t happy,,, is your old employers 😂..

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Wayne Ploss says:

You need spanked chain shud never touch hydraulic cylinders rams dents will destroy seals

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars NarfBLAST says:

I wonder if Ray enjoys Andrew Camarata videos?

  20. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Philip Brucker says:

Was that structure you are removing a former commercial kitchen? Looks like your space was used by a catering service. One side was where the food would be prepped and the other side was for loading the food trucks. Maybe you relayed all that history already and I missed it.

  21. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars ᗒᗕ MIKE HUNT ᗒᗕ says:

A 4 in one bucket would’ve been very helpful

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars John's Adventures says:

Wrecking man Ray. That turned out pretty good.

  23. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars steann1 says:

Nice sink area.. good place for a kitchen and a proper coffee machine..
.. but that would defeat the purpose of knocking it all down..

  24. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Brian Adams says:

i thought you were renting this place lol

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Al Niemann says:

The suspense surrounding whether your car lift would survive and the trusses cantelevering to wipe out the ceiling hvac was on the level with Guillermo del Torro video directing, Ray. Bravo. 👍

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars steann1 says:

    Poor little machine…
    ..built like a tank..

  27. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars bobbg says:

Look up Big ass fans and big ass lights out of Texas ditch the big over head lamps the burn too much energy.
Your better off going LED lights.

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars bobbg says:

Ok here is my idea about the shop, add a European floor lift in the enter way of the main shop. A aliment rack in the new part of the garage, and a 2 post lift at its entrance but your going to need a 16×10 door added to the new shop area. A tire machine, and balancer. Brake lathe and spring compressor.
I remember a body shop owner who had a spring compressor that used compressed air. I dont think thats safe, a safe way to do it is a hydrlic pump and clamp style compressor that has a safty lock system, you could have one built
The pump could both run your 1 ton press and a spring compressor. All you need is a pump, lines and a hydrlic 2 way ram, this could easily be a 3 ton system
You'll also need a valve body, these parts are used on heavy equipment like a cat
Or bobcat. Find a broken one and rebuild it. Most the times is blowen out rubber seals.
Id also turn one of the big slop sinks into a parts cleaner. Just take off the water faucet and water drain pipe, it dranins into a tank you put a pump into this pumps into the sink you can use a plug or whatever also you can add a filter system.

This video makes me sad – destruction of so many perfectly good cinder blocks (I mean, concrete Lego bricks). 😢 Too many non-planny plans.
Ha, ha. Just kidding. 😂 Does anyone know the resale value of cinder blocks these days? 🤣🤣😆😆😅😊

  30. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Mr Jeff says:

Should have had the dumpsters closer! I also know a family with 4 kids just down the street. They could’ve demolished everything in 10 minutes.

  31. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars C More Butts says:

Curious what the new space used to be

  32. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Will Gallatin says:

Extra maneuver room is ALWAYS needed in a shop. I give it 2 weeks before you have it in a good usable condition.

  33. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Buckhorn Cortez says:

    I'm disappointed. No dynamite…

  34. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars simon worthington says:

Ray i need to warn you on Telegram spam as no way to message you

  35. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Mike Saxman says:

I thought it was interesting that this video 99% showed only the skid-steer demoing stuff and trying to scoop it up to dump it. Where were the demo saws and why didn't you quickly cut up a bunch of the rafters, wall sections, etc so you guys could throw right-sized pieces in the bucket to fill it up all the way for every trip? It just seems like the demo saws would have made hauling all of the debris away much faster and easier. It was an interesting video as far as knocking down big stuff with a skid-steer goes, but most of it would not fit in the skid-steer bucket without being cut up or broken up into smaller sections somehow.

  36. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars TankGuy3 says:

Reeeee! You didn't say what make and model of skidsteer it was (yes, I saw it was a Bobcat), and how many hours were on the clock!

Joking aside, good to see the expansion for more business.

  37. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Eighty 88 says:

Looks like mama wants that stainless sink against the back wall closest to the door.
Got any plans for that other long one to the left of the wife unit sink?
Can you use something like that for electroplating or chrome plating?
You put a set of chrome headers on the project Jeep. What if you just ordered a set of bare metal headers and you were able to chrome them yourself?
Then again, that's really labor intensive, and might end up costung more than just ordering chrome parts to begin with.
Just wondering where your head's at on that long sink.
No, I don't want to buy it.

  38. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars OK Boomer says:

Boys with their toys. You're having way too much fun with that skid steer. lol

  39. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Robert S says:

And you damaged little shed for compressor. You need to fix it back.

  40. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Bill Burkart says:

LOL I think I would have tried to recycle the plywood. I heard it's a hurricane repellent.

  41. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Joe Loyd says:

    I appreciate the content.

  42. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jim Hall says:

Too bad the new big doors weren't already installed to give you better access.

  43. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jim Hall says:

With 483,000 subscribers, I can just imagine what it would look like if every willing soul converged on the shop to help out. 😆
Even when you correct for all us old geezers that can only sit and watch it all happen, there is still an impressive number of potential helpers.
Dang! I need a channel. I can't hardly get my grandson to help me out around here anymore.
Imagine your power to effect nearly a half million people from around the world. Blows my mind.

  44. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars David Utidjian says:

Too bad the new "compressor room" closet got half-wrecked. If you had cut the wall all the way to the top it might have saved it. Not too big a deal you can still fix it. Having the compressor in its own closet it is a huge plus. The noise from a compressor can get pretty annoying after a while.

  45. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Nathan Thornton says:

Your poor lungs! I wish you’d have worn a dust mask. Who knows what all sort of mess was in there.
